They are calm and mellow, tied together by desires that they share: to reward the virtuous and punish the sinful. Parajse of course is the giver of rewards, where Xhehenem metes out punishments, but since these two acts do not get in one another's way, the pair coexist quite peacefully -- and Parajse will even actively aid his counterpart at times, if he believes a sinner is in dire need of just retribution!
