Personality: Calibanio is one of those lazy, greedy schmucks who can only make friends among those of similar temperament--though even then, it's more just a gathering of kindred spirits than real friends. Because they're bonded and of so similar minds, his sister is probably the only real friend he'll ever have. He wants to get his paws on as much as he can with as little effort and risk as possible, which will then be hoarded jealously and used or spent only for his own purposes. Personality: Cordeliass is one of those people who always seems to bring a bubble of happiness and cheer wherever she goes, so many of those aboard the Destiny are quite fond of her. She is not the effervescent sort, but almost seems to radiate her quietly pleasant nature like some kind of glow or aura. She has a habit of humming to herself as she goes about her business and her tone is pleasing, though she never actually sings. Cordeliass is also highly organized, keeping tidy quarters and never misplacing anything she is entrusted.

"Hah!" whooped his much-smaller brother. "All y-yours!" Stephanio grinned wildly up at Vera, then bounded off again.

He never gets in trouble nor makes trouble for others, and as the saying goes, he's the sort of guy you bring home to Mom. Apparently his name was something of a jinx!

With her rich purple fur and bright orange carapace, the hatchling named Mabass was probably the most eye-catching of the lot. Waharli would no doubt see her new bond coming, the way Mabass stood out from the dark moss of the Bay floor. The little dragonet seemed confused, even a little lost, "peering" closely at each candidate or sponsor that she walked by, then moving on with a noise of frustration.

When she got to Waharli, though, her body language brightened immediately as she turned her head up to the fiery-colored mutt. "It is you! I thought I felt you again! Hi!"

Personality: There are two things Mabass has in abundance: her generosity and her absentmindedness. Mabass is astoundingly easy to take advantage of, simply because of how quickly she forgets whether she's already done this or that, or how many times that seedy acquaintance of hers has already borrowed "just five bucks, that's all". It's unfair to call her stupid or naïve because she is not either of these things--she's just disorganized and easily distracted.

A blue and white male made it over to Hindar's feet without getting "attacked" by the sibling harassing most of the rest of the clutch, casting his "gaze" around curiously as he stopped by the wolv. "Where are the others? I can feel them in your head...couldn't you bring them in with you? Gosh, I hope we get along...."

Personality: They say honesty is the best policy and Oberonio certainly holds to this. Actually, he doesn't have a choice in the matter. He is a little paragon of truth and candor--so don't entrust him with anything that absolutely must be kept secret. Oberonio's conscience is so strong he actually gets visibly ill when he tries to go against it, and even lying by omission can make him edgy and guilty-feeling. Even if the lies serve a good purpose. One might think that not having eyes would make for an excellent poker-face, but such is not the case with this earnest fellow.

One hatchling, the red Opheliass, almost seemed to forget there were candidates to bond or be sponsored by. Though she escaped wild Stephanio's notice, she would up distracted by taking note of one of the hatching's archivists and getting the man to explain to her just what it was he was doing with that datapad of his. One question led into another from there, and the whole of the hatching might have passed her by if she hadn't realized she didn't want the line beside her own name to remain blank!

Helpfully, the archivist pointed her at one of the still-free sponsors, and that was how Opheliass wound up with Leyanna as her new caretaker.

Opheliass is best kept occupied, her manic energy turned towards projects people actually want accomplished, lest she start making up chores for herself that are in fact problematic--such as reorganizing those 3,000 files the way she thinks should be done, rather than the way their owner already spent four months putting together.

After Calibanio comes up with his next plot, it's usually Portiass who does the bulk of the legwork, sweet-talking, or whatever else is required for it--and this actually suits her fine. She's not too clever on her own, at least when it comes to organizing the big picture, but she excels once Calibanio's assigned her one of the detail-jobs to do. Also, considering how critical she is to him--sparing him having to engage in work and effort on his own--Calibanio would never, ever cheat her out of her share for fear of losing her assistance, and there is a strong mutual trust between the bonded siblings.

Though the other xeno-mutt wouldn't be able to actually see it, the grin on Puckio's face was pure mischief. "I'm ready for adventures and mayhem and all that good stuff! When do we start?"

This can make him an absolute terror to live with, unless one is able to convince him to direct his tricks in a mutually beneficial direction--but that can take some serious doing, as it's nowhere near as fun doing something because someone asked him too!

One of the few purple hatchlings, a large male, was among the first to make his choice after escaping the rambunctious pouncings of his smaller brother Stephanio. He cast his attentions around until he found Darkess, then leapt towards her with a delighted laugh and cry of, "Dibs on Gramma!"

Personality: Sometimes dragons just go a little wacky. Stephanio is one of these. Whether somebody rattled his egg by accident, some combination of his wide genetic background just didn't mix together so well, or he just had rocket-fuel for breakfast, Stephanio is wired and weird. If he had eyes, you'd expect them to be wild and manic, but as it is, his metallic grin does the job well enough on its own. He moves in electric bursts of energy, usually cackling as he goes, and he drives his two sisters rather batty. When he speaks it's often with a stutter, but it may be affected rather than a true inheritance from his father. (Cordeliass and Sycoraxiss think so, anyhow.)

Personality: Between calm, organized Cordeliass and wild, crazy Stephanio, there is Sycoraxiss. She often finds herself the target of her brother's manic attentions, and it's suspected that this is because he gets the best reactions out of her. Sycoraxiss has little patience and is easily excited into a rage, nor does she appear to even have the ability to learn to ignore things that happen all the time. As a result, it seems to be a favorite act of Stephanio's to aggravate her and run off, because she will always give furious chase until her smaller, sprightlier sibling has worn her out. She has little tolerance for fools and Stephanio is the biggest one she knows--but woe to anyone other than Sycoraxiss who tries to lift a hand against the hyperactive whelp! Stephanio might be a demented pain in the tail, but he's still her little brother.

One red female tried to make her way to her bond of choice, only to get soundly tackled by the manic Stephanio just before she could actually get there. "That brat!" Titaniass huffed, mostly in dismay, carefully levering her weight off her new bond. "Are you okay?" she asked then, carefully nosing the girl in search of bruises or other hurts.

When something needs to be done with care and precision, Titaniass is the perfect dragon to go to. What you don't want to rely on her for, on the other hand, is things that need to be done in a hurry. She cannot be rushed in anything, even if there were a countdown to a doomsday device ticking off in the background. That's not to say she's late in everything she does, but she will work until the last available moment, letting not a second go to waste.

While the blue charged off for his next target, Trinculio only picked himself up, shook himself off, and made it the rest of the way over to sit at Rimwe's feet.

"Are you alright?" Rimwe asked of the hatchling, equal parts curious and concerned.

"Hm? Oh, yes, I'm fine." The red shrugged blandly. "It's alright."

Personality: Contrasting all the vibrant or otherwise purposeful personalities in his clutch, Trinculio is inexplicably melancholy. There is a distracted or unsettled quality to his nature, as if something is missing in his life but he hasn't figured out what it is yet. He has no other answer than "I'm fine, really," if queried about his mood, nor does he wish he had bonded, and he does not seem to be lying about these things. Trinculio is a responsible soul, working hard and never lazing around or giving the impression that he's depressed about anything, so it could be it's just his surface appearances that make him seem incomplete...but who knows?
