Although a tiny creature like a rukel could be easily missed in a crowd of candidates, one of the many black kittens found Bernard with ease.

"Bernard! Hey Bernard!" four heads exclaimed merrily, as a little male awkwardly kitten-galloped over. Each head wore a broad grin. "I'm Narruz! I'm--ooo!"

As suddenly as he'd run up, Narruz's heads all jerked over to the right, looking at something new. "Food's over there!" he laughed, half-forgetting his new bond and galumphing off again.

Personality: Narruz is an absent-minded little beast, easily distracted from anything he's supposed to be doing. He can be incredibly attentive to detail once he's focused on something provided he doesn't get distracted again! Narruz has a very intelligent set of minds within his heads--it's just getting to pay them attention to one thing at a time that causes trouble.

Personality: Sarriz is an incredible wallflower who's rarely seen by others. At the first sound of approaching footsteps, Sarriz jumps into the nearest shadow and there's little to be done to coax him back out. He likes people just fine, so don't take him to be standoffishly antisocial--he's just shy to the extreme. Being a hydra does have a little to do with it, since hydras in the Nexus have a bad reputation, but he'd still be bashful even if he only had one head.

After taking a moment to hiss at the dogdra Kae-Ryss and get shooed off by a sister for it, one dark red kitten introduced himself to his chosen sponsor by way of pouncing on the end of Gatatu's long tail. With claws and all four sets of teeth bared. Can we say "ouch"?

Personality: Barroz is a disobedient brat, to the point of being a nuisance and a pest. It might be 'Taint or it might just be a glitch of the labs, but he definitely has a wicked sense of humor. He'd never physically hurt anyone, at least, or do something that could really ruin someone's life, but he's still not easy to live with. He'll break rules just because they're there and laugh in the face of discipline (even if he licks his wounds in solitude later), but he does seem to have a...skewed kind of honor. He won't pick on anybody very young or really old, unless they're of a sort of being who isn't helpless at that age.

"Keep moving, brat," snorted a significantly smaller female, coming up behind him.

The boy-kit hissed at her, too, but ran off--to attack another candidate's tail.

The little female shook her heads before she sat down, looking up at Kae-Ryss instead. There was no bonding, but the kitten stayed where she was. "So. I'll ignore your dog-half if you ignore my cat-half, and we'll just be hydra-friends, alright?"

Personality: Ryou may not be the affectionate and loving bond Kae-Ryss wants, but that doesn't mean she can't make a good friend. She has a cattish streak of independence and feels smothered whenever there's too many people around her, but she's a reliable friend to those who earn her as one. Ryou is a solidly stable individual who doesn't seem to get ruffled by much (outside of the aforementioned overcrowding). It makes her the sort of person you can go to to talk through any problems or dilemmas you might be having, to get an outside and unbiased opinion, or an insight that you missed from your own point of view. She's perfectly happy to spend hours with friends without resenting the time taken, but she is not cuddly or sentimental about it.

A little brown female made it very clear she was alike to Koegahth's previous bond in nothing more than color--after running over to the green dragoness, the kitten proceeded to wind tight figure-eights around Koegahth's forepaws, pressing her egg-damp sides as close as she could.

"Pet me! Pet meeee!" sang the top, featherbud-crested head, while the other three purred incessantly.

Personality: Demanding and needy as only a cat can be, hopefully Lyoa won't be too much for poor Koegahth to handle! When Lyoa wants attention, everyone knows it, and she wants a lot of attention. She's nicer about it than she could be, at least, all purrs and mews and playfully swatting paws, but even a purr can grate on your nerves when all you want is a moment of peace and quiet! When spurned, Lyoa takes the route of the guilt-trip (rather than the temper-tantrum) but it won't kill her to be sent off on her own for a while. There's potential in her, however, for her to turn out very generous--if she ever discovers she can get attention for doing things for others rather than just beg attention out of them!

If he's anything, it's probably just insecure.

Personality: Schroeder and his team definitely worked their magic on this one, for Turrez is the sweetest, most adorable kitten of his clutch. He loves ample attention, energetic play, and long affectionate cuddles, never seeming to show a bit of selfishness or bad temper. But perhaps Schroeder's team made Turrez a bit too sweet, for he is easily frightened and prone to hurt feelings. At least he forgives easily and is rarely one to hold a grudge.

Even if she was a newborn who'd never seen anything in the world before this moment, she'd gleaned from other minds around the Razor Tooth that his natural "attire" was...definitely flamboyant.

Personality: There's not a thing in the world you can say to make this kit blush. She finds Ryphile to be absolutely the most entertaining creature in all the worlds (even if he does look very silly, or maybe in part because of that?) although she lacks the wit to perform such wordplay herself. Nyoe doesn't want much out of life but happiness and laughter--and those should be easy things to come by in the wild sort of life Ryphile lives, right?

One kitten wasn't much for all these notions of bonding and sponsoring...but better to make the choice herself than have it made for her, she figured. After stumbling out of her egg and straightening out her necks, she bee-lined for Aaliyah with her eyes on the floor. The ambient overhead lighting of the Bay made shadows diffuse and all but nonexistent, but she knew Shadow was there anyway. If she had to go with someone...well, might as well be the goddess.

She's not arrogant as much as she's just antisocial, however. She doesn't think she's better than you, but she still doesn't want to interact with you anyway.
