Dark smiled a bit to herself as she walked down the corridors of the Abstract Destiny. Her two charges were safe at home with Grelene, and Dark was actually amused that Kedac had bonded not one, but three of the furry dragons. Still, that wasn't the reason why she was on the ship at this time. She was here to see the Good Doctor. It wasn't long before she found him, inside one of the labs--or at least that's where she sensed him. Dark certainly didn't want to disturb Dr. Schroeder in the middle of one of his experiments. So she waited, lowering her protective aura just enough so the Doctor would be able to sense her--or at least something that would catch his attention. Sure enough, after a few minutes, Dr. Schroeder came out, followed by his ever-present 'shadow' Valentine. Dark smirked as Dr. Schroeder grinned, "Well, this is a bit of a surprise. Normally I don't know you're on my ship until I actually see you." "Well, I needed to talk to you, and I didn't want to disturb any of your experiments," Dark said, "Are you free at this moment?" "So, what is it you needed to talk about?" Dr. Schroeder asked. They were now in his office. "Is there any problem.." "Oh, definitely not," Dark chuckled, taking out a small vial, "I wanted to give you this. It's a gift." Dark handed the vial to the Doctor. The contents had a faint glow to them, and Dr. Schroeder gave it a curious look. "Why, Thank you," Dr. Schroeder said, "You going to tell me what it is?" Dark smirked a bit. "Of course," Dark said, "It's concentrated spirit-essence, compatible with mortal DNA." The Doctor blinked a bit in surprise, "Balance Destruction spirit--in other words, my essence. I trust you not to abuse it." "Well...I'm honored, to say the least," the Doctor said, "I'll definitely be careful with this." "I'm primarily a Balance spirit--I'm sure you can tone down any destructive tendencies," Dark said, "All I ask is when you do use it, to notify me when you do. And to make the resulting creatures...interesting...and to have fun with this." "I believe I can handle that," Dr. Schroeder said, then paused, "Will these need to feed on death energies? Like your other children?" "Not all of them do," Dark said, "And that would be totally up to you." |
