And Catdragons don't have much of a society to speak of, they're like the other dragon whorlings in that aspect. They won't mate with dog-dragons (but you knew that).

Name is up to you, as well as any abilities (they can speak in telepathy or verbal, sometimes both) though I was thinking he could be a Stormsinger--someone that could sing clouds into exsistance, to bring much needed rain. Except he's not very good at it, at all. ^.^

I admit it - When I got the email I did little dance because I -love- doing fluffy stuff! ^_____^ So.... He fluffy enough for you?

While drawing I dubbed it a 'him'. Under all of that fur he is actually quite slender, his fur is light and he can easily fly. Just let me know if you'd perfer another file format.

I'm amazed at myself - he only took about an hour and a little bit to finish. w00t - speed record!

See, I eventually want to have a sub/mini agency to play contrast to the Destiny, as well as give me a place to play with creatures that Doctor Schroeder's morals would object to. >3 But it needs a cast! And making up my own slew of characters just isn't fun, especially when aboard the Destiny, Schroeder himself is pretty much the only character I made up myself.

Well, it's definitely not a dragon, but I was insanely inspired by this, and actually finished it on Thursday, I think. But I had to wait until I sent in my most recent candidate to the Destiny before posting!

Name: Tehani (female) and Shihon (male)
Species: Pan-thar
Description: (Tehani) Approximately 5'6" tall, with tawny fur, green eyes and red hair. She has a lean build, and prefers to wear dresses with short skirts and no sleeves. (Shihon) About 6'3" tall, he has unusually dark fur and nearly platinum hair, which he wears short except for a long lock that hangs over his right eye. His eyes are orange, and he generally prefers loose fitting clothing, prefering anything made of silk.
Background: This couple is from the continental tribes on Malnev. These tribes have access to technology that the island kingdom knows nothing about; in fact, they don't even realize there are tribes on the far continent. These two were originally ranked as Seekers, and sent to Star City to investigate the technology there. On their return to Malnev, they implemented some of the techniques they found, and while some were deemed useful, the tribes didn't like it when they began tinkering with the genetics of their cubs. They were forbidden to continue their experiments, though not before introducing some new colors into the gene pool of the prized hunting cats. They took one of the shuttles back to Star City and you can take it from there!

If there is anything else you need to know, please ask, but a lot of the details of the continent are in my candidate's story as well. I hope they're morally ambiguous enough...

XDDDDDDD For half a second I thought that the base of its neck was the base of its tail and I was all "oh my, that dragon looks like it ought to have come from the naughty clutch!" then I looked harder and realized it was a reeeeally long neck, and breathed a sigh of relief. X33

Now, I'll admit this one was incredibly difficult to do. I'm not familiar with Firefly, so although I could find plenty of reference images and written detail, I don't really know the characters. Coupled with the fact that I've never done a dragon based on a specific character, I had a tough time getting something that looked right.
