OK, for what the tattoos mean:
Umbra (spelled 'vumbra' on the stinger, could be on both sides) "shadow" in Latin
Serpens (between the brows) "snake" or "serpent" in Latin
Mortuus (spelled 'mortvvs' on the lower jaw, would be on both sides of the head or you could choose for there to be something else on the other side) "dying" in Latin
Sanguine (spelled with a V across the chest cuz in engravings 'u' is written as 'v') "blood" in Latin
Acer (across the tops of the front toes) "sharp" in Latin
Tsuyosa (on the wing-wrists, I guess would be what I'd call them) "strength" in Japanese
Youjin suru (on the stinger) "beware" in Japanese
Dokueki (on the brow and below the eye) "venom" in Japanese
Hebi (on the snout) "serpent" in Japanese
And there's misc other designs that I had fun with ^^

Your image is based off of a chimera..it's not quite one, but pretty close. The dragon head is 'smiling' and for a dragon, has nice teeth

. The goat head has a lethal glare. The cat head is a lioness, the wisest head and the one who wears glasses. The rainbow-ness is suppose to represent tattoos (I don't do those well). The white light around the tail is electricity. I thought matrix patterned wings would be appropriate though I wish I could have made the code move somehow. Hope you like.

we move on to one of my other great loves: insects. Very Happy So I'd
like to see a dragon/griffin/anything that has a singular insect
theme. Pick any single bug or buglike critter (spider, scorpion, etc)
and turn it into a dragon/griffin/whatever. And you can make it
physically as insecty or non-insecty as you like! Could be anything
from a dragon/griffin/whatever with the insect's colour pattern, to a
creature that's so heavily based on its insect theme that it's barely
recognizable as a dragon/griffin/whatever!: Got it XB

Wow, I didn't think I was going to be able to finish this month's exchange. Anyways, I'm sorry if Kelala isn't quite what you described. I got an image of a dragon-girl wearing some of my friend's typical clothing and it wouldn't go away. So...no fuzzy-ness sorry. I did attempt the raver theme, I don't really know much about raves however so I'm sorry if you find this offensive or anything.

I apologise in advance for the JPG-ness. The GIF-ising completely and totally wrecks the image, and the PNG is too large to upload without Photobucket warping it... At first I was like, 'huh?' about the anime-style bell, but I went to a really neat website, anime-myth, http://www.anime-myth.com/ which was helpful.

The dragon named Ghanti (hindi for small bell) is male, but that hardly matters as it's more of a show beast than anything else. Note the tiny, utterly useless wings.

I'm sure that powers would include the ability to obscure, summon or alter mists and smoke.
