As of this time, *ALL* dragons which I cannot find on a unique website - as in: those dragons who never got paged, never have been updated when a site goes down, and those owned by people who are not here and don't give a rat's ass, are being RECLAIMED.
I am making certain exceptions. Any of those I've sent to Ryslen, Falas, Istabitha, (and a couple others, Mystika and such) and those folks I *can identify* here actively, you're keeping yours and if there's any need to ask for one you notice I've put up for myself, ASK FOR IT BACK - and make sure I know there's an actual page you can point to to prove it exists.
I might make mistakes, regarding updated websites and which people own what dragons. But... yeah, honestly there are some dating back to 2002 and before, that never got paged or have vanished without even a Reo or Oocities archive. I have on the other hand found a number of pages on those archive sites which kind of prove that the dragons were never paged. (as in: no update link, no image, etc.) Where those are the case, and someone says 'but hey', sorry. You're shit out of luck.
Right now, more than half the Lost Clutch (White Trymmeth and Blue Jeremoth's betweened Seascape-based nest of oddities) have been reclaimed. Anything from Lunar, Reunjriti, or those without a credible link are mine (Polinth, Dzuruth, Alendreth, Hantaith and Osejith, Zakath, Sploxioth - who had been reclaimed years ago anyway). These will generally be non-strict Pernese, I'm not talking about the ones from Dragonhope Weyr or even most of those from Alabaster or Blackstone. The few clutches that they had I already reclaimed the ones I felt would 'be willing' to remain bondless at the Den. They also don't include any of the 'randomly made pairs' which got sent out and basically never recorded properly for outgoing links (the randomly generated rider and dragon pairs, created from when I realized that Paniya would be absolutely overcrowded with Pernese clutches
Those - anyone can actually still ask for). Just the hand-drawn clutches and those ones which i don't get the feeling will ever be minded if I take them back.I do regret having to 'take back' from places like Talor and Dragonsoul, or Pelar, but I know they haven't been around for many, many years. On the up side, however, I get to post dragons that haven't been seen in that long.
They won't be going out to the general public. I won't be readopting them out to anyone but myself, unless there's a really clear reason to do so.
Anyway, that's my 'legal coverage'. Remember if you see one you know you've actually got up and give a shit and want it 'back', tell me and prove it's up, and I'm sure that I can find another dragon for myself OR get something equitable to you in the meantime if it seems needed that I keep a specific dragon. Trying to be fair, but really it's been since before the Summer Swim and some of these guys have needed their homes linked.
