I have Photoshopp...mwahaa...new style?

What do you all think of this guy...well, girl and it's just the head but I started playing with the Falas Firelizard template in Photoshop. I want/need to play with my tablet and I was curious as to if I could pull off a template image without lines. (Howrse horses were my inspriation...)

And yeah, I'm liking this thus far and I may redo my templates when I reopen. But Photoshop is here to stay. Same template, just shaded/colored in a new way.

I'd avoid "redoing templates again" - that's kind of a trap that a lot of folks seem to fall into. Redoing winds up being 'never finishing', sadly, and I'd just rather have what's there keep coming out, with additions when new things are actually finished.

understandable...but i have to redo them/rearange them in photoshop which has different/easier methods and stuff to do what I want. And what I did up there didn't take long with my tablet. We'll see...I'm bored and need to play with photoshop anyway.

Well here is more of the firelizard...this way of shading is actually very easy! Just not sure how I'm gonna do the wings yet...

I have to argue with the back wing more and add shadows but I'm rather liking these.

I can't wait to start the FGPC ones. But they have a revised template on this one (tail and head...maybe and/or legs, are different positions.)

I think once i get Falas (though getting all my sites up the same way and under the same admin panel would be SWEEEEETTTT...*plots evily*) back up and running the way i invision it will allow me to work on more images. heh

Well, im glad i started with the firelizards, first. I've hit a snag in the template only because I have four layers that would need to be colored each time and that is not going to work for FGPC firelizards so I'm going to have to rework this somehow. Masks are awesome but I may have to do something else...*ponders and plots* I might have to start poking around in Photoshop's options more.

For starters, I know Falas' images are going to get redone. Then Dark Moon, then the FGPC template (because it's going to be slighlty trickier). Then I may start LSI's to take a whack at feathers on the gryphons. Oh, the wolves will have to to and then Treval and...*sits on hands*

Lol I think I've seen that happen to SO many people on deviantart... Why don't they just ship the things with TWO? I mean, you get a button-down shirt and it comes with a spare button, right?
