O.o wow. Yeah I've just started seeing things pop up in Deviantart about this crap. My goodness. Canada. I mean, every couple years there's the email "scare" of 'a tax on every email' here in the States, but jesus... fer reals. How hard can it be, to charge acceptable rates?!
