These little guys are about flitter size/intelect, and made for cold weather (though they won't pass up a nice, warm fire-side bed), and originate on Magis Prime (as evidenced by that little marking around their eyes). Their little wings are made from frozen/crystalized moisture in the air (they're -very- cold to the touch), and can be created or dispersed at will, allowing them to fly for short distances, buzzing like a little bumblebee. <3
Normally found only in pale colors (to better blend in with their wintery habitat), they have since been domesticated and their colors enhanced. Designer pets, you might say.
