I'll get on those ASAP once I'm done a bit more school-work!

Some things to note:

These winged cats resided together up to 14 per page. When more than five winged cats are on one page, the page can officially be called a 'Loft'.

These winged cats can out-breed with other cat-like species, even the click-and-takes that I'd posted a while ago. If Myrror gives permission, they can be bred with Hunter Cats. Doing this will forfeit the offspring's genetic code, and any resulting offspring will not be recognized in the quest to create a personal breed. XD

I'll toss a list of lethal gene pairings up once I get around to it! There aren't many, but most of them involve white in the phenotype. I'm not including detrimental effects of certain pairings that cause, say, poor eye sight, so getting recessives to show ought to be less of a worry that way.

For the first while I'll only take pairs from single lofts. Winged cats are not monogamous, so you don't need to have the same pair breed over and over again, but I'd like to keep things simple by not having one cat from one loft, and one from another!

I'm making a loft in the library/collections space. For serious, nothing makes large collections of things better then large amounts of felines!

I can't have any cats IRL due to my working hours. But I am a huge cat person (animal person more like it). A friend and I just watched a trove of 7 cats for a friend on holiday.

Also, cats in a library would be the best ever. :D It's like the second hand book store we used to have nearby that always had a couple of cats running around.

Mine's asleep right next to me (went to the vet earlier for a vaccine so he's sleepy/tired). Up to 2kg!

Just for my own curiosities sake, do you know of any other "gene category" animal types that are listed online? Such as the pigeons are you using as example here. And there are the canine/wolf ones (or the created codes that other people use).

I assume there is one for cat coats and such, I'm gonna research it. Just wondering offhand if there are some weirder stuff, like cichlids?

As far as I've ever found, the species that have the most information about their genetics are ones that humans have bred extensively, because that seems like the way that most of these genetic bits and pieces are discovered. That said, sadly I doubt there are a lot of very strange animals that have well-charted genetics. Look for pet species or farm animals, maybe? You might even have some luck with pet-variety snakes and lizards.

Horses have a lot of information. I think that chickens and cows may also have some, but not so much as our hoofy homies.

I don't think that there's much for wild animals, unfortunately. :c
