Anyone wanna clean up some line-art for meee?

It's a rather fuzzy, pencil-shaded guy that I want just the line-art for. I've tried about everything, but with a mouse, it's hard to get him to look properly fuzzy without being messy. Nor am I having any luck with the pen/line tool, or messing with the channels v.v

Any takers?
