That's a site I definitely haven't seen before. The Intensity gene is entirely new to me, and sable/agouti seems to work a lot differently than I thought. Also, it seems I was wrong again! At least according to that site, the recessive red and black with aa and ee would probably produce a white wolf regardless of the C locus! Interesting...

I can't remember what site I originally used to research the original code; I might be able to track it down when I get home, but actually doing so will have to wait till tomorrow. I've got lots of classes occupying my time on Thursdays. >.<

No problem. And there is a C gene for white, too, so it just means its possible to get a white wolf in more than one way (Segarra is not complaining!)

I've been poke around with the genetics on the Google Doc, too. Won't know how well it works until I get to reassigning codes to my wolves and seeing how well they work. I'm obviously going to have some puppies that no longer fit with in the code paramaters from the parents but yeah...

As for eyes, I think it's safe to let most wolves follow what the dog genetics say, and have something special for magical wolves *sighs* . Most of the magical stuff probably won't be able to be explained genetically anyway...it's magical after all but once I get most of this figured out, I'll know more.
