There aren't any completely white ones of that clutch, though there's a winter-grey kicking around which is pretty close!
I think that when it comes to bigger sites, grouping your pages into where they live, or what they do can help. If you want to make a layout for each group, that can help with practicing CSS. If you're lazy like me, you'll use one layout for everyone regardless of where they're from. XD

Exsiu does not always wear the finest cuts of clothing, however he strives to look well kempt, being one of those people who feels that appearance accounts for the largest part of how people interact with one another.
Personality: Exsiu's not the brightest young man, but he's probably the most handsome, which is a point he takes pride in. He is sometimes cruel to others without good reason, and always has been. For whatever reason, Exsiu has always had insight into what his peers feel self-conscious about... and he's gotten adept over time at calling them out about it. He has spent the last two years of his life without focus, going from pretty girl to pretty girl, pursuing attractive prospects but never completely following through. He is an impatient person who wants the best, and he wants it now... and unfortunately for his sense of self discipline, he usually gets it.

Personality: Smooth. Never shuts up. No sense of personal space. Prone to tying people up and doesn't know how to keep his hands to himself. Think Shy put a little bit of himself into this one....
Gift: Shy wakes him up to create his merry band of adventurers to get himself back into the Vella Crean? Armann is the compass. Somehow, either by old fashioned means of astral projection or something wilder, he can sense his 'kind'. This will be genetically altered so that Armann senses not Shy's creations, but Vella Crean dragons.
Was supposed to be sleeping in his tank with the rest of Shy's minions, but kind of up and left at some point. (Hence the explanation for the dragon, which will be worked in xD)

Appearance: Gold eyes, sometimes. Striking, either in brute strength or with that terrible sense of 'other'. Just...noticeable in some way. Has an intricate gold 'O' tattooed in the middle of his chest. Likes linen and cool clothing, never seems to get cold.
Personality: Proper. Respectful. Has a tendency of taking risks. Slightly obsessive compulsive. Likes to sleep. All the time.
Gift: Shy found him in his proper tank, but Otto learnt how to travel in his dreams. A literal compass because this one finds himself attracted to others of his kind. Again, genetically altered so that Shy fools his body into thinking his 'kind' = Vella Crean dragons.
I like them both, because I think they're opposites. I can work with both, so I have no preference. Bare bones really, but I loved reading how you fleshed some characters out, and I want to see this done to mine as well. Selfish, a little bit.

Somehow this man manages to pull such discrepancies together. He is tall and lithe and pale, with hair that is any colour that he wants it to be. His eyes are generally a greenish hazel colour, though they inexplicably pale to gold from time to time... as much as Armann may romanticize such changes as being linked to his emotions, there is no proof of that as yet. He wears many hats in a metaphorical sense, and in a literal sense, though he generally does not wear more than one hat at a time. On his left Achilles heel resides an ornately tattooed golden 'A'. Jokes about adultery and secret weak-spots have already been made about it, and Armann appreciates the jokes just as much as ever.
Personality: An effervescent man with a love for people in so many senses of that term, Armann talks. He chews breathmints and spends hours making himself look good and smell good so that once he has invaded a person's personal space (which he does, frequently) they won't immediately notice that their bubble has been burst.
