Halloween Misunderstood Monsters, Part 1 (Complete!)

At work today I had a revelation, a method to apply to what otherwise was mostly just going to be madness. I have since determined I desire a grand total of seventeen genetic-theft victims to work with.

I already have ten (woot! I love you guys!). You can still only submit one for now, but if the 29th arrives and I'm lacking the full tally of seven more unique Nexus donors, I'll open up to doubles of the whoever-posts-first variety, so I'll have everything I need come October. >:3

I am going to be having some major fun here, let me tell you....

There's definitely a lack of awesome skeletal dragons floating around the Nexus. It would be awesome to see a skeleton hydra... though I would pray for the artist who had to sit down and make it. XDDDD It might just be a head-exploder of a task!

Anyways, these are shaping up to be pretty frightening dragon-combos! Are you mashing them all into one dragon, or making several?

Okay, I think I've drained the Nexus of most of the current lurkers, and also I'm really eager to start drawing, so... I want to see if you all can throw four more dragons at me before I get home from work tonight.

That's why I submitted Adlaith, because Kayla'd submitted her jelly!dragon from the same event. XD

I can pull Adlaith as well -- he and Iaron are practically the same dragon given their colouration and build. It's just that one has wraith-heritage and the other has the immortal phoenix thing going on. X3 I'm sure that Phe wants more variation in her submissions anyways... so if you guys want me to pass, I can do so!

Yup, which makes me sad I never had time to submit candidates to that event. I was really hoping to see a Tariath baby in there somewhere, since she was mine, but the ones presented are still nifty.

Gah, and no pulling! XD Truthfully, I almost think my girl should be replacing Artemis if anyone else. One the one hand, fuzzy puppy with wings and a starmarked belly. On the other... rainbow and white spirit wraith with detached wings, limbs, and head. I think the latter's more fun.

We'll see. I definitely won't argue if it's first come, first served. The last four have been awesome additions, and I'm curious to see what Phe does with Iarion and Adlaith. =)

EDIT: As for the odd girl in question, who I never could figure out if I wanted her name to be Somni Mora or Somni'Mora:

And while seventeen was the "ideal" number, this clutch is the design of the Nexus, not myself... so I'm not going to pick/choose between those five. I can work with eighteen, too. X3

Haha, oh geez. As I draw, it turns out that seventeen was better in concept than actual execution. XD The real "ideal" number is actually 15 -- but it's all good, nothing wrong with having more to work with. Adds more variety, as you all will eventually see... >:3

Also, if you're really heart-set on fifteen (or even if eighteen works), I have a Whorling who'd love to kidnap… rather steal some feathers from Iarion and Adlaith (and has already stolen a feather from my Alaiskya) and someday commission a Biotheurge if Yakima and Dray would agree to it. Something about feather-winged, black and gold dragons suggested one classy clutch theme to me. =)

^^; Sorry Keilin, Adlaith is one of those dragons that I only lease out on a blue moon -- the only reason that I included him this time is because he doesn't know about theurges or cloning in character. XD He's very uptight about breeding until Jascadei finally submits to his whims!
