I've decided my next generator project will be for Ortari names, as they can be repeated, like humans repeat names. It's not uncommon. Same as a name that sounds the same but gets spelled to the preferance of the Rider/dragon. I have Ciyan Tavarn up, as a member of Mikiah's Rescue Service.
Do they need to have bonds, or can they survive without them? And if they do need bonds, any rules as to what kind? Also! If they do have/require bonds, can they survive the death of their bondmate?

No, they don't need bonds but they have a high bonding rate with humanoids (like Pernese). They can and will survive the death of there bond mate but it is much like the death of a best friend or lover. Some die anyway from grief. Those that live on never seem the same (often depressed, temperamental and withdrawn), again.
