This breed of creature is called the Neshay (both singular and plural form), though most people refer to them affectionately as 'Hoppers'. They are a species native to Kynn, averaging in length of about a foot long, excluding the sizeable tail, which is approximately the same length as the body. They are about as intelligent as a ferret, capable of learning small tricks and behaviors. Their bodies are covered in soft scales, and though they have small wings, they cannot fly - rather, they are named after their primary mode of transportation, hopping much like a kangaroo might. Their long, lemur-like tails are exceptionally furry and soft, acting as a rudder or balance while the neshay is moving. The small horn each has does little for defense, primarily being used for healing - thus, based on size, a neshay can heal minor scratches on a human-sized being with a touch. They communicate through a variety of verbal sounds, including but not limited to clicks, whistles, hisses, and purrs.
They become firmly attached to whomever or whatever stuffs their face with food when they first hatch - normally their parents, but they imprint other creatures just as easily, making them wonderful pets.

I haven't decided yet whether I want to filter-shade them or hand-shade them, but in either case, anyone who signs will get one. (And if I allow it, maybe two.) They will be permitted to breed when I get their information up. Until then, biosynthing and gene-splicing a la Phoenix and Myrror is perfectly acceptable.
Please use solid colors or two-tone gradients only. I will be using a different outline from the one seen above, it just isn't scanned yet. If you can't describe a color as well as you'd like, don't be afraid to give me a hex code for the exact shade. :D
