Green-to-Red flight?

Um... is anyone running something along the lines of a "green-to-red" flight? I got this message in my email:

Can you imagine a stoplight colour themed clutch? The green dragons would never stop moving. The red dragons would be statues.

... What would the yellow/orange ones be?

Simpsons: when the street laws change, so they improve efficiency by removing the green light.

Why?

"Everyone knows that green means go and red means stop, but yellow means 'go real fast'. So everyone will go real fast, and then stop!" (yes, it caused the predictable chaos, but all was well with the world for a brief moment.)
