Oh, Yakima! Did these have to bond from the shell, or were they more like Draks, where the mother bore them and then they waited for a while before choosing someone? *hopes it's the second!* :O

No, the mother wasn't a drak so she probably had a normal hatching in one of the Halls. Her daughters are very likley to do that with there offspring, though!

Rats, alright! XD I was just envisioning drakling Kardula running around in the quarry and avoiding people but playing mind games with 'em! I can work with this, though, too. ^^; Do you have any info about the dragonry itself that we ought to know? Especially for unattached dragons like Loremin, who're probably going to arrive at the last second and try to not bother signing up to bond? (He's all mystical "I'm here because I'm supposed to be here, so I shouldn't have to bother to sign my name!"))

Maldula's up! :) And... yeah, she's breeding with Umpteenth. I don't know whether I'll just have that as a giveaway or as a non-clutch for his history or what. Zappy mottled quarter-draks. heh.

*drags out post from under the others and blows the dust off*

Well, I've decided that I would like Avengaean Air, Jesreaea Toerii to be the next in the Generations thing - but can she only have 1-2 eggs? If so, that would only allow one other person to have a baby and since Dray has first dibs on the other one...:( Hmmm...any sugestions...Or would you mind waiting till Gen 5 when I can put in some more eggs?

I definitely wouldn't go above 6-10, though, depending on what you feel the demand will be.

(Then again, I know I'm always going over the typical offspring-numbers without any good excuse save that I don't want to have a tiny clutch that people can't get in on. >.>" I can't begrudge you anything if you do, too!)

Hey, I still need you to close something again so I can send Lars to the next 'last clutch' that Falas has. :) Since I already have 3 out of 4 of Baeris' first kids sent to those... :) ooh - give me a Baskar drak for him. hee. :D It seems a shame that he's the last of the group and there are already great-grandkids and other genre kids getting theirs, and yet he's much much older (technically speaking). *snerk*

*tries franticly to figure out what the heck you mean until a light bulb turns on* Ohhhhh...I get it! :P I was trying to figure out what clutch I needed to close until I realized that you wanted me to close an angency...dur...*facepalm* Yeah, I can give him a drak. Any specific type that you want or something? Legend or Raidor or normal...

I'll put up a page for Lars (I have his stats but no story up for about... 5 years now... :p ) if you want to give me a Baskar one of the ones with 2 wings instead of 4 (I can't recall which of the flavors that is actually). Wouldn't want something too different from the siblings' dragons now would we? :D

Alrightly then, I drew the image for Gen 4...soooo...there are 9 eggs...er...kits, available! Dray gets a reserved because it's her dragon, and I'll let Kat save a spot if she wants because the mother is Avengaean. :P I'm not going to draw the kit images like Dray does because, well, I'm lazy. Segs gave me a rare moment of inspiration and I would like to save what is left for Shimmer Dragons. :P

So, I know Avengaean's don't bond (at least I'm under that impression anyway), but I do need a link. I think they can and not all of these will but I would still like a link for the records of a character or something. I'm currently revamping Treval's site so I'll get to posting this stuff when that goes up. Being that this is so small of a clutch, it will probably go out before I do that...heh. Anyway, have at it! :P

Oh goodness! X3 Yakima, I would be thrilled to get a reserve. I was all excited about this gen anyways. ^__^! Hm, who to send in! *fingertaps* I may sit on that spot for a day or so, till I get an idea of who to send!

I know we probably shold wait for the reserves to sign up, but what are the procedures for signing up for this round? It's been a while, and I seem to have forgotten how you were running this before!

Me, too! Is there an application form that we have to fill out? I may send Jesraea's bond in to help the dragoness take care of a child... is the 'clutch' happening in the city, somewhere? And if so, where is that? Is there anyone in actual charge of the thing, or should I be writing about how my dragoness came to the planet, had a clutch, and then decided she needed to get rid of the children (so heartless!) herself?

Well, you need to pick a number that isn't taken and give me this information. I don't have everything set up for forms at the site yet so this will have to do before I start that.

Your Name:
E-mail:
Number Choice:
Name of Character:
Character Gender:
Do you want them to Bond or Sponser?
URL of this Character:

I think that's it.

The clutch is held at the city but I don't really have anyone 'running' it because I was just going to use this as a practice for drawing dragon trait combinations. I do know there is some organization going on and that the third Hall is generally reserved for the mothers of the Generations stuff. I plan on giving the Generations Project some organizes but haven't got that far yet...

X3 Is it possible to be slotted in for a certain colour, or a certain ability type, or whatever, or is it completely random?

I'll definitely keep that in mind--the 3rd hall and organization, and try'n write it into the storybit!

I suppse since they're kits rather then hatching I should figure out colors and stuff. However, anyone want to tell me how to name them because I have no clue how the Avengaean naming would work with the Tavrayn...*looks helplessly at JKat* HELP! :P

Well, the only thing to know about Asandus naming systems is that they get the last name from the mother if at all possible, though they'll take the father's instead if the mother's is unknown or unavailable. Otherwise, they tend to have Latin-sounding names, broad vowels and lots of them...

Oh! and I keep forgetting to mention this: the last letter of the name often reflects gender. This is more a habit than a rigid custom, so you don't have to do it, or if you decide to, you don't have to do it with all the kits.
Female: a, i
Male: o, u
Ambigious: e (y, if you count it)
