I'm planning on reviving an ooooold avatar character of mine (Zialana) and sending her to this clutch. I haven't written sci-fi in so long (except for the candidate I just sent to Avengaea, who is the cornerstone of the plot I'm working on involving Zia and some others) and I'm really excited about this new world/plot. Yay for plot fun!

It happens sooo much... Kthyseryr isn't supposed to be written until I've finished Cinna, and Cinna isn't really supposed to be finished until I finish Rashilo. So certain stories are gonna end up being a bit vague in places... Oh well.

Yeah technically Zia's story is supposed to take place after Fenaran has already bonded but he hasn't bonded yet so I keep referring to "the other dragon" on the ship because i don't know what sort of dragon he'll be bonded to yet

As I hopped on my computer for my morning check before work, my alarm program gave me the notice that the Synth 09 adults are due up today. Whoopsies.

I don't have time to check and list whose dragons are not up, but this is still an early warning--get your images up before midnight, or they'll be abandoned!

I'll check-and-list when I get home again in the afternoon.

Woot, FINALLY I get to return to my computer for an extended stay. XD BUSY day. Overtime+fostering a terrier mix+forgotten planned visit from friends... but the good news is, the only dragons that aren't up are Terry's, and Terter, I'm considering your job-based extension still in effect... but please don't forget to get your trio up SOMEtime? @_@

Wootah! I'm feeling confident and secure in my job now, so I'm ready to put the Destiny back in gear. ^_^

First, the candidate deadline for Synth 10 has been set as July 21st.

<strike>Secondly, I have opened up two Synth slots for applications for Synths 11 and 13. Since these require story, they will be first come, first served.</strike>

Thirdly, I have opened up one Flight slot for Clutch 12. Remember, risers can be female OR male and I also accept mated pairs. Since I reserve the right to only accept critters that interest me and stories are not required, however, this slot will be open until June 4th, 10 p.m. EST--the end of the weekend. After that time, I will pick my favorite of whatever applicants I get, and they'll get the Flight slot and I'll start accepting chasers.

That is all!

XD Oh man, if it weren't for the story part, I'd submit someones for a synth. I still may try, buuut being a slow writer, I don't want to start if I know someone else is going to finish first! X3

How exciting! I am almost done with my Synth 10 candidate that I am. I just have to write the last couple paragraphs. But that's always the hardest part! :O I would attempt a synth but I don't know that I have any worthy dragons atm so I'll just enjoy what other people come up with.

Okay, change of plans. XD Rather than first come, first served, I will ALSO run the Synth slot auditions until June 4th. At the same time I pick my favorite riser/pair, I will pick my favorites of the Synth applications. Then and only then will I instruct the winners to write their Application Prestories. X3

The with-story application I just got has been given a slot, but I've opened up the spot for Synth 14 applications to make up for it.

So if you have a Synth idea, all you have to do is use the Application Form to show me the parents. That way people don't have to worry about a story until they KNOW they've got the spot. XD I honestly don't know why I didn't do it this way before....

Aw, man, picking favorites is a lot harder than I thought it would be. XD People keep coming up with Synth ideas that make me go "Oooooo!"

But as much as part of me wanted to accept all three, I don't want to let myself get in the habit of having a huge backlog. I saw what happened behind the scenes of Star City when its backlog got too big. :X So in the end, the decision was instead made based on the fact that one of the three applicants had gotten a Synth slot in the past, while the other two hadn't.

So... Unyko, JKat, you two got the two slots.

JKat, you now owe me a Prestory! Though since you got slot 14 (end of the list) you have plenty of time to write it.

And DF, pleeaaaaase re-send your pair when I have slots again? I wanna do half-yauties so baaaaaaad! XD

Everybody else: send me chasers! The Flight slot went to the lovely Schattarneki Anii-shiba, and she's now in need of five chasers!

Ooooh I can tell that the offspring for those are going to be lovely especially the middle ones, those were lovely artworks on the part of the parents. I'll have to look and see if I have any appropriate chasers, too.

And speaking of synthis did you get my candidate for synth 10? didjadidjadidja?? *jumps up and down* Words cannot express how excited about that character I am.

Yus, I rather hoped that was the reason behind that name.
