I like having post-hatching writing be motivation for larger tokens, personally... helps motivate me to actually do that writing, ya know? Since post-hatching writing I love to do, but often don't get around to it. Being rewarded for post-hatching writing actually gets me doing it.

For abandoneds... draws're nice. Much harder to offend or intimidate with draws >.>

On the other hand, something nice to distinguish between stories with lots of effort and those with less effort is always pleasant as well. Tokens or a ranking system or whatever else you can think of. It's always sorta disappointing to work on a story for several months and then not get anything more than someone who just wrote a couple paragraphs, you know? *shrugs*

There is sort of a lot... the third chapter is mostly about Iris's thoughts on the flight- so if you want to skip the rest, feel free to just go straight there. I don't know what got into me... writing always depresses me, but I felt like it today, I guess. Sorry. ^ ^;

I'm not particually fond of yellow, no, except as an accent color or on a fire-based creature (or as an accent color ON a fire-based creature). >.> Dark accually shares this view with me, she'd sooner wear pink than yellow.

And tokens would be a good substitute, especially when you're dealing with dragons that don't have a color ranking system

No worries, Nessie. >.> I set up the BWR and Hybridization thingie because I'm not usually much for writing either, but it's nice to go back to reading and writing alongside the drawing. Kind of a different exercise. I don't mind three-paragraphers at all--the stuff that I've seen from you has been fun to read, so I don't expect any stinkers! XD

I'll endeavor to make /all/ of the dragons I give away as pretty as I can (since it's always the one that you /didn't/ like that seems to make all of the babies! XD), so perhaps I'll make ranking in the tokens. Maybe, small to large in the pre-hatching story, small to medium in the post-hatching--though probably not combineable since doing massive image-edits hurts my brain.
XD Phe, what would you say to taking cyborware tokens from Star City, vs. me taking them from the Abstract Destiny? I know that there's a "don't edit another person's image" unspoken policy in the Nexus, but if you'd like to make an exception I'd be willing.

Hammering out the flight story! Leaving space for Myrror's story that I can expand on--now that I've got Airy's I can revise that section! :D This thing is fun to write!

Don't wait for my story--I've got a headache (had one all day, accually), and all it's doing is moving around my head and face. Medecine's not touching it. I doubt I'd be able to get it done tonight, and that means the earliest I'd have guarenteed time is next Friday (which accually I'm planning on going out. Birthday and all that.)

Aww, I go out today to celebrate my boyfriend's belated birthday, and I end up missing out on quite a bit. *amused grin* Regardless though, that was a freakin' awesome flight story, Dray. What a way to re-open SCD! ^^

Sending a few snuggles Iris's way, but I nearly fell off the couch in giggles for the rest of the story, especially Slyan's section. Speaking of which, you caught Slyan's personality almost perfectly. Talkative, blunt, thorough, completely socially oblivious. Never thought of her as that horny before, but it just... it all works. *laughs*

I'm working on Saedra as a bonding candidate, and did I read the rules right that I get a free sponsor slot for Fanei's clutch? If that's the case I'd like to send Zodiac, but I need to finish studying for linear algebra before I can write the storybit.

No deadline yet because I have to draw the images and finalize clutch sizes, but I'll make an announcement when I get an idea of what I want.

The clutches will run individually, like normal clutches, so they won't all have the same due-date. Some may be larger then others, however.

That reminds me, Sil? How many pups do Avyndal dragons have per clutch? I seem to remember it being fairly small in comparison to others.
For the other clutches, if you happen to know clutch-sizes that would be helpful as well!
