Isn't there an option for mods to lock threads on these forums? When a giveaway closes, a mod could just lock it so that nobody can reply to it anymore?
Although that would make it difficult for posting links after the giveaway... But then, we do have the Databases section for that.

personally, I like people e-mailing me the page when they get them up, so in the event I accually DO start a list of records, I have them all in one place--and don't have to go seaching multible places to do a job I already loathe and make me want to do it even less.

I find the weirdest things in old old old guestbooks now and then.

But see you produce *so freakin many* pictures!! I don't even have my own records rooms all that well organized, I can't even imagine trying to keep the Everrealm and its subsidiaries organized half as well as you do.
