I don't accept stat-sheets and I'm not about to start, but you always have that parental free sponsor slot.... :P

Alright, I'll take that then. I swear I'll get a story up for her eventually. -.- Things are just really bad right now.

Hey, Phe? :D I've been sitting for a long time trying to think up good candidates for the Selamputo clutch, but to little success.

And then I got inspiration.

http://www.mysticalplace.com/swcandidat ... index.html

Would she be okay to send in for Synth 09? Just wonderin'. ^_^

Alrighty, the candidate-deadline for Synth 08 has come and gone. Since I was a good girl and managed to stick to my "write everything I can in advance" modus operandi, the hatchling will come whenever I finishing writing in the five last-minute candidates I got and making their dragons. Everything else was completed a week or two ago, so I can get back on track with quick hatchings. :D

And here it is, the Hathydra hatching! If my net hadn't been dead on Saturday and I hadn't had a busy day yesterday, this woulda been out sooner... but I guess I had an April Fool's WEEKEND rather than just a day. XD Ah well.

And I said it on the pickup page but I'll say it again here--I am NOT a psych major, so please, nobody be offended or mad at me or anything if I botched a disorder you're familiar with. ^_^* Wikipedia research does not an expert make me.

Wow. You did such an amazing job with those disorders and everything. Faust is going to be throwing a fit over this. :)

Yaaaay! Someone to share the delusions!! :) Nice work! The html doesn't seem to be working properly, symbols are only appearing as ? on my screen using Firefox 1.5.1 so you know.

She could be talking about things like apostrophe's and ellipses, if you were writing the story in Word. They tend to turn things like that into symbols that some HTML turns into '?'s.

Yup I was guessing ... and - might be missing for some weird reason. I'm at work, so when I get home I'll check what that version does (though I think it's the same ver.).

Hm, yes, I do use ellipses and em dashes regularly. Note to self, edit those out of writings in the future. XD

So, Phe -- out of curiosity (and a certain desire to make my next storybit Really Awesome), what do you look for in a good story? ^^ What makes a Really Awesome candidate story for you? :D

To be honest? It's not really something I can pin down... there's no real criteria for it. But when something impresses me, I know it. It's a gut feeling. And a "good story" can be quite different from an "impressive story" with me. I've gotten stories in the past that were really good yet didn't impress me.

I mean, there are things I like to see in stories that can help make it more impressive to me, but I'm leery about ever coming out and saying what they are - I worry that as soon as I say something, my opinions will change and/or people will go "you said you like this and what's what I did so why didn't I get a high-ranker?!" and/or people will be discouraged.... ^^*

~Cracks up~ XD
Database Being Revamped

'Epic' is most concisely defined as something that, were you to do it in view of a person in real life, they'd pretty much have to sleep with you immediately to maintain order in the universe.
I sneezed. It seems to have reshaped reality. My bad.

Green Giant and Red Dwarf. (The latter being a British Comedy I believe.) Classic. XD

Phe, just so you know, I gave Diamis a stats page and put Seluv up there. I'm still working on stories.
