You can. Unfortunately, the stress of taking a bazillion classes at once breaks you at the graduation and you end up trying to strangle the dean with a bagle. You spend the rest of your life in a loony bin.

I wish my ass of a father would just get the hell over his drama/angst.

I wish this stupid keyboard wasn't waterlogged so I could use exclimation points, numbers and backspace and enter without having to copy and paste...

Amazing! You have an A in physics, except the thing is that you get so smart in it that you start to become a scientist, and when you test out a theory your mind conks out and the experiment blows up, taking you with it.

Your light starts to work.
But it doesn't stop workijng.
It gets brighter, and brighter until we have a new lightsource that rivals the sun's, all localized in your room.
You suffer 3rd degree burns over all of your body that touches the light...but it continues to get brighter. Suddenly, you've got a supernova in your room and even the parts in the shadows start to burn.

I wish that my computer didn't crash and have to be wiped so often.

Your finals take themselves--take themselves and throw themselves out the window, wisking on the wind and giving papercuts across the eyes of an old woman who then loses control of her bike as blood streams down her face. Veering off the path she runs over a two-year-old orphan before crashing into the bus. The bus screeches on its breaks then turns sideways, hitting a powerline and toppling over killing everyone on it and subsequently taking out the power for the entire sector of the city.

I wish I wasn't so bored all the time.

Damn...that's twisted....

Anyways, you stop being bored all the time as every commander/governing body of every country starts calling you to save their country. You eventually, after the third or fourth one, get so bored that you just give up.
The countries all band together and arrest you for war crimes, not helping them and genocide and stuff, and hold a tribunal, which ends up in your hanging.

I wish I was omnipotent...
