;.; I'm sorry it's confusing atm, Xalia! Going to /attempt/ to explain things, but I'm never sure how much needs to be explained, and when the best time to do it is! Don't want to spill the beans right away or else everything's not... as entertainy confuse-y. XD But if I leave it too long it just gets boring. O_o' *semi-lost*

You might consider a little more exposition, just maybe a sign with a pointer saying ==> character name, or something.

XD! Maybe I should! I'll do a recap comic at some point. Those are always fun... eventually I'll have a character page splatted up in the links, there, so hopefully that'll help, too. <:3 Thanks for the idea, Shard. X3

Hah! Mages! There's an old sci fi story I have where it's like that, this huge psionic battle going on, and ... duh, forgot that we have HANDS and the one guy just plugs the other with a knife. teh winnah....

One thing artistically - don't forget to use proper perspective.

Those shelves are kinda...... leaning....

If you get into the practice of just doing horizon lines and such (especially for interior/exterior buildings and things with straight lines and 90* angles) with a ruler or a line tool, it won't be a chore to re-learn it later.

XD I really should whip out the ruler and just try to make things look decent... *facepalm* I'm sorry... I super-fast inked everything for Wednesday and Friday at the same time, and was freaking out about not finishing everything before having to run to work. ^^; If I get to the point where I have enough time, I'll smooth out little details like that.

Nah, that would be PETA. I should know, as their main headquarters is in Norfolk, which is where I live.

I wouldn't have such a problem with them, if it wasn't proven that they euthanize their animals and then deny killing animals in their no-kill shelter. I happen to volunteer at the shelter where the PETA-run Norfolk SPCA dumps half their animals. *scowls* That, and some of their freakin' demonize-all-humans campaigns target children. *scowls again*

On the other hand, whenever PETA protests the KFCs in the area, just about everyone in the area takes the time out to buy KFC. That, and you can get free soft drinks from KFC on protest days. *chuckles*

Okay, enough thread derail. When's the next comic due up? *drools*

x_O' Please, no crit's on this one. I have an inkling of what's booerns about it, but I'm feeling too ill/exhausted to try to make it better. >.<' Many apologies.

also, going to be slow with further updates. Have to work on prints for animethon... Going to sell prints of Agate (the evil) and KTFE (the other evil) at $5 a pop. Kat and I have a little contest going to see which character sells more (if they sell at alll... fickle anime-lovers! XPPP), so I want to do a great job on both of 'em, and that means putting the comic on partial-hold. ;.; More apologies for any more waiting then the usual!

I can't resist trying my hand at it! If this works out, the image should end up something along the lines of this: http://www.csc.tcd.ie/~jugsoc/images/fi ... CN0060.jpg , colour-wise.) Both images will be on semi-glossy 8.5x11" paper (printer sized), limited edition of about five each, if I can get them finished in time!

Lastly... may be doing some filler comics in order to keep posting stuff. O_o Would you people rather see filler, or just wait for on-topic pages?

The effect's similar, but it's different from liquid/glowsticking because you've got all of that chain/string space to think of! X333 A lot easier to get tangled up, I think, and when Things are On Fire, that can be a very bad thing. X33333

Glitter spray, yarn braids, random decorations... Lots of gel and hairspray.

I've been neglecting the comic like nothing else, lately (or not so lately), but I /have/ been working on getting the site in general worked on!

the Character Art Section is up and running (or at least the general area is... have yet to do any 'mature' section, especially since I think that the only people interested in that are JKat and I and maybe a weeeirdo or two out on the net! XDD) So feel free to browse! Top section is mine, lower section is wholly credited to the awesometacular artists who contributed! :DD
The Fan-comic section will eventually be updated with JKat's side-pages (which I'm also posting below so that you can oogle her pretty style! XD), as well as for anyone else who will have characters and have the urge to send something in!

I'm working on a Character Info section, which will house both the Cast o' characters (with very brief descs), as well as a section for RP characters that you'll be able to create! Those will, basically, be stats pages that follow a basic set of rules, then get sent to me to get posted. More on that once I get it finished.

The World Info is also in the works... it's going to take a little longer to set up, since I have about fifty billion little tidbits that I haven't bothered to put down in writing /any/where (save for AIM logs that are buried on my old comp!) Hopefully that'll be up nice and soon.

I'm looking into a message board, as well as thinking up a simple mega-plot that people can participate in... as for universe-specific rules, I think I may limit people to creating some fairly limited characters--no Sleepers or Master-class AI's, just n00bs, users, some NPC's/slaves (discluding the tagalong types that assist sleepers--those are expensive IC!) and smaller free AI's... If anyone has any ideas or thoughts they want to throw out ("Can I do this? Can I be that, what about such and such?") then just lemme know! I may try to start up some kind of PBeM or something, but again, I'm not really sure how actually /moding/ an RP works. X3 Any tech-support/suggestions would be helpful there, too.
(As for character interaction, I probably won't be using any comic-based characters, though folks who try power-gaming (aka n00bifying) will probably get an IC smoting by 'mysterious forces', which could be fun! :D)

And... yes. X3 So look for Character descs soon as well as the World Info, and of course the comic itself... eventually. XD *slow!*

Now after all that ramble, take a look at JKat's sort of mini-section, if you like! :3 It's canon, but it's a very different style and POV. X3 Hoorah!
