Yeah, Myrror, I don't want to exclude you from any work you're doing! It's that most of us come from the other end of the spectrum - working on candidates is what we've been doing for years, while just art is what you've been doing all that time.
How about we task you to .... do something. >.> I dunno what. Artsty.
OOH I know... You used to have 'color them yourself' pictures on the Everrealm. Hoooowww about, make one or two images for us to color? And when we're done writing our hands off, then we can deluge you with fan coloring?
What I'm doing, since all my Chaos-clutches are premated, is doing the clutches NOW. I'm on Clutch 13 as I type this, accually. Then I'll get all the information, abilities, random personailty snippit, bond if they need one, and have them all in a text file for each clutch. Then, when I offer them, everything will be ready. ^.^
*snerk* I might be ready by the last week of July.
I did say before there was the parents list, but I have absolutely No Modivation to do that. I can see, even with the e-mails and URLS I have, I am going to have massive gaps in the list. I'm slacking to give people more time to get their critters up, and....they're slacking too. -.-
Not the people here, mind you, everyone here is usually very good at getting their critter up in a timely fashion.
Kinda why I've been focusing my artness on this group. Otherwise something like this wouldn't faze me. I'd be like 'ok, no forms from these people for a week, I can deal' because I'd be getting other forms. But not with the parents list incomplete.

So, yah, the sooner the better with me. I've got stuff I'm working on now that I'm not going to get out until it's finished.
I'd rather be working, accually. No work=no money. I've got my rent paid until September, and enough money on my debit card to pay my phone and internet until then, but the dentist visits are eating a chunck out of my savings for other things.
Oog, that's right. How are your teeth/sinuses now? I took a pair of 1.5 week's off between jobs, broken up by... having to work the old job... suckass. Now I grind toward the weekend. sigh.
Sometimes it sucks being a responsible adult... but then again, no one can GROUND us either....
So, um, did we officially decide to do this? 'Cause that might explain why no one's been around all day... I just kinda thought there would be some official announcement of the start of our 'break' or something!
There hasn't been but I'm probably going to take myself up on it I really need to write some hatchings and get things moving again. So... I'm going to try not to adopt anything spontaneously and instead get the Geperna and Naughty clutches done. I can't finish the swim because only a tiny portion of those are colored.
I don't work that way. A week off for writing up candidates wouldn't do me a bit of good even if I wasn't doing the giveaway--I write when I accually feel like writing. Most of my stuff sucks, though, and there are a few agencies I'd never send a candidate into BECAUSE of how much I suck at writing, and aren't worthy of that agency, in my opinion.
I do have a hatching to write out, as well as finish my crappy Ontain story, and then writing out Dark's stat sheet and story blurb. Which I can do between times, little by little. Other than that, I have nothing to do a week's worth of writing for.
Well, I'm still going to be applying to the clutches regardless of how much I focus on writing now. It'll actually give me more opportunity to write something for the dragons I get from that.
