No new actual updates (school projects for teh lose. I hate crunch time.) but I thought I'd show off some of sketchs I've done. These are in no particular order, but they are assigned to the next six people down from Shard (so Ty, Phe, Kendra, Cy, Jess, and Lilu).

EDIT: Edited to reveal owners of images as per post right below this one.

Necro-thread, go! (although this isn't as bad as something else of mine I'm planning to necro next week... heh.)
I'm putting my insomnia to good use. During the past two nights, I've drawn every one of these guys (though I can't scan them yet, because we have a guest sleeping on the couch, right next to the scanner >.>;; heh.) and over the next several I'll be coloring 'em.
I don't know whether it's because of having spent time on other things, or just that I'm consciously using references now, but I think they're turning out better now. (Note to self: stop using goat-hooves. Yes, they're cool, but every other critter does not need goat-hooves. Stupid fixated/tired mind.)
So, Ty/Phe/Kendra/Cy/Jess/Lilu (and Midori and Shard, if you'd like), I'm going to give you an option: since I've already shown off those six images (and colored them, in Midori/Shard's case) -- would you like me to redo them?
The above post has been/will be edited to reflect which image belongs to who.
It will take me maybe a night or two longer to redo 'em, but by the power of insomnia, everything should be done by the end of the week.
Also, I ask of all of ye lovely recievers -- do you want me to do the vector-clean lines like my usual templates, or do a more hand outlined style like the Mythology giveaway? (though I would probably do a more traditional style of shading, as opposed to the 'flat' shading that I used to mimic Japanese art) Up to you on an individual basis -- I'll default to vector-lines if you have no preference on how your monster is outlined.
((... I have such a love/hate relationship with summer. Lack of schedule leads to Starry-insomnia, but lack of school leads to Starry-joy. 0.o;; Hectic as last summer was, working for my father and all, but that was much more enjoyable than this.))
