Those of you that PM'd or posted or otherwise informed me of your interest -

I would like to see stories in about two weeks, around the 25th-28th timeframe. This is not a forced deadline - as in, I won't disqualify you if you don't meet it. K?

A little over a week left to submit candidates for Goywuy's clutch. Real life has been rough to me lately, so I'm willing to push back the deadline (the 25th) by at least another week if people need a little boost.

Also, Citadel adults are ready for scanning - I just have to do that and shade them before coloring so....I'll shoot for this weekend.

I also finally got off my butt and worked on Sun & Shadows Frenzy a bit, so feel free to dig that thread up if you want to submit someone. ^^;;

Uh, think that's all for now.

Just as another update/comment set.

I will acknowledge for story purposes that DF is responsible for the Shades of Blue thing that happened awhile back. I'll write up some story for it later. (I still gotta finish those of Gen 3.)

DF's place (in the underwater city) has taken on the name 'Moon Silver'. Anyone with a Shades of Blue dragon or one of the other two dragon types she's done, you'll be able to link to said site soon.

That said, I was trying to write the site (and the updates to Sanctuary and Citadel) in CSS, but one particular oddity about the browser rendering is annoying me so it's still in the works. (Maybe this weekend I'll finish?)

Also that said, Moon Silver -is- available to take applicants for DF's....well, I'm still working on a name of my own....but fusion-synthy thing that won't go by any of those names. ^^ Currently no slot limit as the site isn't up, but I require a pre-written story for a submission. If I start limiting the slots available, this will change.

I am still looking for story/winners from the other two flights at the Sanctuary......Sil and Xalia? Are you still interested?

I decided to check links while I was doing the lunch break thing today.

And I'm extraordinarily upset.

Ok, yes, I know I'm slow, and that the first and second set of Citadel adults (Lao & Echothet, Kahan & Breasal) weren't super awesome looking....

But do they suck so much that a large chunk of the 30-egg clutch is never to updated to their adult stages?

It's rather depressing.

A quick comment about the Kalhati & Kailaveth dual-clutch. They'll likely hatch at the same time, it depends on how people respond to it, though.

In any case, it should be noted that I -will not- be placing previews of Kalhati's offspring. This is because all offspring will reflect the AAM Beast style of ranking - multiple heads, wings, and tails as appropriate.

There is a chance for anywhere between Greater and Chaos for Kalhati's brood! So get yourselves writing. >3

I haven't set a deadline yet - Kalhati's spawn will likely have a longer deadline to allow people to write as they feel necessary.

Ooof. I have a character that I would dearly like to submit for candidacy somewhere, fresh from the August exchange in fact *clings to Saedra-dragon*. I could feasibly finish her story before the deadline, seeing as I have nothing better to do with my time (it's sad but true) but it will be difficult especially since I'm in the process of writing the exact same story from another character's pov, and I might be Dorian and Saedra'd out by the time I finish, but the Sanctuary would be perfect plotwise. Murrf *chews over idea for awhile while hurriedly works on Dorian's story*

Updates again!

1) Shard and Naeodin have made their updates as needed. As far as I can tell, IceCat and StarFyre have not. I -really- don't want to take back your dragons - can you please tell me what's going on? Please?

2) Xalia has given me response for Purplex and Florid Chorus, yay! No flight story, Xalia's busy, so I might write one if I have some time or sommat. However, I'll list how the flight went for your curiosity (and so that the males that didn't win can go play elsewhere :D).
Florid Chorus selected Atynia, Purplex picked Jolukeri Friskers.....and Florid decided she'd pick him too. XD
So the final baby pairings will be:
Purplex x Jolukeri Friskers
Florid Chorus x Atynia
Florid Chorus x Jolukeri Friskers
Candidates may be submitted for this anytime, no deadline yet.

3) Goywuy's clutch deadline has been extended until at least Monday, since some people expressed an interest in an extension (and the babies aren't done yet XD).
