I would like to take Tasilth and Aity too. I bet that I can find a male rider for her dad, from my ranks ;) Blue rider T'kac http://www.droppin-the-fork.com/dragons ... riders.htm might do there ;)

Re: Sedona Weyr--New Clutch on the Sands!

Post by Kitsuneko »

Syroeth has finally flown and laid a clutch! :D The father is Red Zhaueuhth, but since one parent is a mottled two-tone and the other is a solid rare, there will not be any sports or two-tones in the clutch. (If Syroeth had solid rares in her background, or Zhaueuhth two-tones, it might be a different matter.) Any normal colors up to a possibility of bronze is possible, though. *coughandtheremaybeanothersurpriseforcandidatescough* The deadline is slightly less than two weeks away, January 28, but that can be extended if you all think you need more time. Jhajerth's flight will be run as soon as this clutch hatches, though, so you won't miss out on eggs. Other than that, I'm accepting chasers and female risers, otherwise I'll probably throw up Yuneth on the board, and that means a Weyrleadership flight~

Stats candidates are welcome, and I'll go ahead and open the form for claiming NPCs. Three per person at most, though candidates will take precedence over freebies.

Just requesting an NPC for now, since it's an option. If I happen to write a story I'll send someone else in, too.

I'll be sending you some stats candidates also, if not one with an actual story. I tried to backread to find this out but I couldn't find it - how many Candidates may we send in for this, including the freebies? Is 3 the complete total?

So excited to see Sedona Weyr back in action!! :D

Just a reminder that the deadline for Syroeth's clutch is now a week away. I know Erinnyes is still working on candidates, is anyone else? Otherwise, I'll have more than enough spots to fill the clutch, so it might even hatch a bit early. Could still use chasers/risers as well.

Hi again! Since I have dragons to page now and am still working on making some for Dray's old world clutch, I will send you two stats candidates and take one freebie, if that's alright? :) Thank you!

Oh, and *EDIT: I could send you a riser or two, if you want? One of my golds has a steady mate so she wouldn't want other chasers, or I have one that would need some. Which would you prefer?

Sorry, didn't see your edit. And I don't have any real preference to closed or open flights, so either will do? Closed flight will probably go faster but yeah--either really.

I don't think I'll be sending a candidate; I'm on a bit of a low-swing with the Nexus after wrapping up the gather. XD I'm finding I need a bit more time to recover than I used to from dragon-paging sprees!

Syroeth's clutch has hatched! Congratulations to those who Impressed, make sure to get your dragons paged. Links are on the front page of Sedona, as usual: http://sedonaweyr.freehostia.com/
Jhajerth has laid a clutch of 15 eggs that are looking for candidates. The deadline is in two weeks, but that can easily be extended if anyone wants more time. I also did not get any flight forms (so let me know if you sent one and I somehow missed it), and since I couldn't decide between Yuneth and Kioqawth, I put them both up on the flight board. XP Yuneth's flight IS a Weyrleadership flight--if your character wins, you get bragging rights and they'll probably be mentioned in future Hatching Stories. :P
Whichever flight fills up first will clutch first--unless I get a closed flight/mated pair, in which case that one will go first.
Darkling Dawn: Fauna Frenzy Open to candidates; flights open to males/females; rukel eggs/breedings available.
Drockh-Tallahn Castle: 3 eggs, 2 available. Females and males needed.

I sent you some chasers for both flights as well. XD Lol, one of my chasers for Yuneth used to be Optimus at Corona, but he got ousted by another dragon in my timeline and I think it's a good time for him to try to find something else to do with his spare time!

And Yuneth's flight is technically filled already. XP Since I can't run it until Jhajerth is off the sands anyway, and it is a Weyrleadership Flight, there is no limit on how many chasers can enter, though, so it is still open, if anyone else wants to send chasers.

Jhajerth's clutch hatching is set at a week from today, though I may be forced to push it back some anyway. If anyone plans on sending candidates and thinks they need more time, let me know! I'll be glad to push it back another week or two. In the meantime, I am going to go ahead and open it to NPC freebies; three per person as usual.

Hm, I have a paper due Wednesday. If you don't mind pushing it back, I should be able to get a couple candidates out for ye. :3 Is there a total egg limit (including freebies) if I'm sending in candidates?

That's okay; I think I'm going to push it back a week or two anyway. The normal limit is 3 dragons per person, with candidates a higher priority than freebies, but if there's a fair number of eggs left over by the time I'm ready to hatch it, I may increase the limit.
