I've been bursting with creative energy recently and having tried and failed to draw what I wanted to for the exchange I gave up on that entirely and found a tutorial that helped me draw a human eye. I'm not entirely happy with it, but still proud of my accomplishment so figured I'd post a link to it here for all to see...

It looks pretty good, I think! Found one of those tutorials myself, the other day, and Starfinder also has a tutorial on animals' eyes (she draws...a hell lot of wolves). I think your eye would work nicely on a larger picture. *nods* O
Only things I see wrong are you need heavier shadows on the skin, and your pupil is sorta...mooshed. A lot of artists use the ellipse tool, actually, to get it perfectly round.
