I think the same as furdragons- so scarves, ribbons, rings, necklaces and armbands.

Eastern dragons are basicaly wise and mysterious beings. They are the most thoughtful and intelligent among all dragons and are very peaceful beings.

*grin* See, I WAS on Howrse for awhile, (until it got tedious catching up every day) but I do like it better than most breeding sites like that, where you have to pay to get the full features. The odd thing is that whenever I go without visiting the site for a month, they give me a free black market item. Like, multiple times, now. It's so tempting to abuse it...>.>

They do?! Hmm... tempting. Although I get a great deal of blackmarket items as is. I've even got a philote's pack just messing around on the site. Now I stalk the elusive black pearl. :P I'm just a tad obsessed.

I find the management is kinda slack, but overall it's pretty fun. I've really gotten into the breeding thing. I've even got myself a pretty little unicorn. :B Okay, I'm more than a little obsessed.

And I've already clicked on all the dragons in the thread here. :D I even got to try two lotteries! And I have no idea what they do! Yay!

The lotteries provide you with resources, which you can use to create items so that your dragon (once it's level 10 or higher) can create even MORE resources. XD You'll need them once you start getting into higher levels... the items become exponentially more expensive AND more difficult to create.

So... for you guys with Western dragons, I got a question for you. I've made a ring, a necklace, and all of the dragon scale set. However, that's only 5 item slots. I tried making an armband and another ring, but neither of them were allowable on my dragon. :/ Getting a little frustrated looking for what I can and cannot use here too. If I can't double up on items and I can't use ribbons/scarves/armbands, what the heck am I supposed to put in that last slot?

Weird that it's not letting you double up on rings, as that should be your 6th item. Is your new ring matching a special effect on any of your other items? I believe most of those are restricted to one per dragon/user.

I really wish they'd announce when they updated the FAQ and guide. But grabbed from somewhere on the site:

Limiters:
only 1 out of your 5 dragons can wear a % rank special necklace
only 1 out of your 5 dragons can wear a % success rate special necklace
each dragon can wear only one % growth special ring
each dragon can wear only one % pageview special ring

o_O Um, no. Your sixth item should be a second ring. One for each hand, I assume (I still crack up that wyverns have dragon scale /hand/ bracelets. XD). Double-check your levels. You didn't accidentally make a ring too high for your dragon or anything, did you?
