Shout-out for Aven art!

Hey guys!

I want to put up a gallery on the Avengaea website, of various images that various people have drawn of Asandae, Caetrae, Avengaean humans or daemons. Anyone who's... well, pretty much ever drawn a full-breed Avengaean is invited and requested to post links or images here, IF you don't mind me saving them to my hard drive and re-posting them (unchanged of course) on an Avengaean art gallery!

Secondarily... if anyone wants to do an art trade, I have some Avengaean images that I would like drawn. :3 I have a bit of a list already and it tends to take me a while to get to art trades, buuut anyone who wants to get on the list, let me know!

The art trades will be piece-for-piece -- if you offer me a sketch I'll do you a sketch (of whatever you would like, within reason); likewise, if you offer me a full-color picture with a background, I'll do the same. :3

Iffens you don't care about promptness, I'd love to work on something for your gallery.

Also, I can't remember, but who were the characters in the picture I drew I think for... Dray, with Bowk/Bok the black chicken and the big red dragon, where they were over a pool of water and reflected in it? I'll post the picture I mean once frelling photobucket lets me log in.

I still have that drawing of Laudu, though I'd certainly scan it (this is just a picture I took of it) so the quality is better. I might even color it, if I ever find time. XD;

Rachael, promptness is not an issue. XD I myself am SLOOOO-WWWW sometimes! I'd love to have art of yours in ye old gallery... and that picture of Denique? Aweeeesome. :D

Xalia, wheee! I do have that lovely Piralan illustration on file; it's one of the ones I already had slated to be in the gallery, if that's cool with you!

Uny, I have yours saved too. And I would be positively tickled pink to see real-media Uny artwork! :D

Kayla, SQUEE! XD I love that picture. It's quintessentially Niteshan! I'd be thrilled to include it in the gallery.

I'm coming up with a list of stuff I want done, from easy to complex, which I'll post here for the interested parties once it's done. :)

All six types in whatever poses
Af all six types, each in an environment (your choosing)
Crossbreeds (ask about which types you want)
Various Asandae interacting, with or without setting

The four Lords (I'm gonna be picky about these; if you want to do one, make it awesome!)

...for starters anyways. :D

Was that all six types in the same image, or separately? Also, I did those sketches.. if you want, I can turn one of those into a finished painting.. X3 *actually quite interested in the Lords, maybe, but needs to find descs of them somewhere* <.< ... >.> ...

Ah HA! I can help! (hopefully! :p)

From a convo that I had with Kat just recently:

"Makani is very philosophical but also very playful; he talks to his followers a lot, including other types if they're interested. Nitesh is a mystery mostly, doesn't visit anyone who isn't Niteshan and isn't alone at the time. Piralis is gregarious and domineering, likes to be in charge of things, and thinks mortals are fun. Cascata is intelligent and sociable but doesn't get along well with the other Lords. Asuka is thoughtful and emotional, and lets the Lords do most of the practical leadership kinds of things, preferring to show up, inspire devotion and admiration, and disappear again. She is not a very dominant personality, but she does try!

I believe I have a light/air floating around from the Fur and Feathers. As well as a Niteshan somewhere.... I'm also considering trying my hand at some more recent artwork. >.>

Sil, don't you have 'em on your artdragon account? I remember dipping into your folders a couple of times for Nexus reasons and saw the lineart there!

I'd love to help you with drawing others as well if you like. I've got a lot of free time right now since it's summer and it's too hot to ride horses in the afternoon. Care to throw something at me or do I have to decide myself? XD

Which reminds me...didn't you do a post on LJ offering trades in exchange for Asandae art? Whatever happened with that?
