May be gone for a bit

Hi.

I'm having trouble with my anti-virus software. Every time I open a topic here, I get a virus warning and the connection stops, making me unable to read anything. I can get to the main board and sub-boards, but reading threads is impossible.

It's a false alarm, and they're working on an update to fix it--it's not just me, or this board, but it seems to be all pbp-ish boards, but until then, I'll be unable to read anything--probably even replies to this post.

I hope the next update comes soon.

Ew, some other people on forums have said the same. Are you using Avast?

Hope it clears up quickly. Wonder what it is that's going around...

Yup that's what the other people were using. But it wasn't universal, someone else using that program said they had no issue, but maybe they lucked out.

Avast just updated, and sofar (at least in this thread) no virus warning has been given.

I think it's fixed ^.^

(Gee, the last time I posted I may be gone for a bit I wasn't gone that long either..)
