Concept art anyone?

I was wondering if there was anyone out there that could draw me a really horid concept of this creature I have in my head. Ive been trying, but I cant get the while 'lion' part done (which is most of it).

Its got the head and body structure of a male lion (mane and all). Bigger paws though. And the tail is a dragon tail. Its got fur everywhere except the underbelly, and bottom half of the tail, is scales. and the 'knees' and 'elbows' are scaled too.

Dont suppose anyone could sketch me something visual?
