Since I've been sorta AWOL for a while, and now I finally have some spare time, I'm going to hold an Ioran dragon litter.
An Ioran dragon (male, blue) looks like this:

The way this is run is pretty simple. Ioran dragons are almost purely bonders - for this clutch, I won't allow sponsors. Instead of gluing everything together in one paragraph, I'll write some rules and information out for you.
1.) Ioran dragons are almost always bonders. They have been known to survive unbonded, but when born in the Iora Sanctuary, they have a harder time coping with unbonded life. Therefore, this clutch will consist of bonder Iorans only.
2.) Ioran dragons tend to be extremely uncomfortable around people of evil or malicious nature. No "evil" bonders, please.
3.) Ioran dragon ranks are not determined by colour. A "Ranking" Ioran is distinguished by markings around its eyes in its fully-grown stage. (Ioran dragons do not even get their colour until their late adolescence - they are born white!) While stories will not be required for the candidates you send, any story written after you receive your Ioran raises the chance of it becoming a Ranking. Ranking Iorans are eligible for more jewellery upon adulthood.
4.) Regarding the jewellery Iorans can receive upon adulthood: a non-Ranking Ioran can receive up to 5 pieces of jewellery and a Ranking can receive up to 10. These will be requestable after the dragons reach adulthood. Ioran jewellery is always silver (a metal considered sacred by the species) and comes in necklaces, bracelets, rings, and almost anything else imaginable.
5.) You can send as many bonders as you like. Iorans are liveborn, so there's no telling how many kits will be in a litter until the actual day of the birth. That being said, there's no guarantee that all of your bonders will emerge victorious, either. (Each person who sends bonders should get at least one dragon, however.)
6.) Stories are not required. Stats-page candidates are fine. No matter what the type of candidate, though, there must be a link back to Starburst (http://www.mysticalplace.com/starburst/) on the page.
7.) Iorans come in the following colours: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, and pink. White, black and rainbow are very rare colours. They can come in almost any shade of those colours - they're not all pastelly. ^^
8.) Any further questions will be answered in this topic, so post 'em if you've got 'em. You may also email or PM them to me and I'll get back to you ASAP.
Deadline for this event is undecided. I'm leaving on a trip on April 9th, so when I come back I will set a deadline. ^_^
As for forms, here y'are! You can either email or PM them to me, or post them here. If you have multiple bonders, you may copy and paste the below form as needed.

Parents of these dragons are:
Kyrae Ioris (Mother - Ranking Rainbow) x Hikaru Ispae (Father - Ranking Blue)
The babies will carry the surname "Ioris" according to Ioran custom of the mother's last name being passed down to the offspring.
