Computer Issues - Temporary Absence

Today, my computer decided to not start and considering it sounds like what my sister's computer was doing, it probably has a virus and I don't know what is going to happen to it. I've posted a question on Tech Support Guys (a useful site...as useful as having a laptop when your other computer dies), and I'm am waiting to see what they say. I have saved quite a bit of inmporant stuff but there were things I haven't saved. None of it Nexus related but still - well, my size charts for the wolves will have to be redone completley...grrr... - but most of my stuff is saved. And part of my (the dragonrider me), adult story is gone...needed to be rewrote anyway...the canese info I was working on will be gone...so hopefull I won't lose anything...*crosses fingers*

Anyway, that long explanation means that though I'm not around a lot nor do I seem active, I have a reason to be inactive now.

My PC has such bad timing....grrr...

Yarg, well I hope things go all right and quickly. I hate being stuck without a computer too. *patpats*

Good news - my computer has been spared a horrible death.

Even though I tried to sufficate it (one of my fans were not working at all which was making my motherboard fan work overtime to try to keep up), and I tried to blind it (graphics card was covered in about an inch of dust...no wonder Sims2 ran so slow...and a dozen other things...heh).

So...back to my originally sceduled (yet very unorganized...) schedule...

Yes, opening up and cleaning those things is a very, very important part of a computer's life!

I have to do that often because I've got so many cats - there's usually a layer of fur *nesting around the computer* too...
