Hiatus ... -_-

Ye-eah. Uhm. This is the first time I've checked the board in a while -- couple of days? a week? aside from posting those images? I can't remember ... -- and I've been feeling a weird sense of dread every time I log in. I haven't checked either of my e-mail addresses in almost a week ... probably haven't responded to e-mails in longer than that.

It's that panicky 'omfg I have all these things to update and no time to do it in' feeling that seems to overwhelm me any more. And then I seize up and remember my homework and what I have waiting at work and I want to cry, knowing full well that it won't fix a goddamn thing.

Updates? Will happen eventually. I'll stop with the candidates and freebies and exchanges so I don't kill myself in the process. I know I need to get all my riders onto a uniform set of web pages so I have more webspace; and so I don't go all crazy with updates and stuff when I get things under control.

I'll return. Not sure when ... but the site will stay up, as I'll use it for the agencies and school. I'll still (kind of) check e-mail. I may or may not be on IM programs (I'm usually not; more of that guilt crap keeps me from staying in touch with people.)

Yeah, I've been doing this for a while, but I haven't really put my finger on /why/ ... and I love dragoning, just not with school and work conspiring to mug me at every given chance. I'm just ... really really feeling sick and terrible and all around too burned out to be bothered with anything more complex than sleeping and maybe eating. Work is a necessity, school is a necessity, and dealing with my husband and his newfound medical conditions is a necessity ... I just ...

Bah.

I'm really sorry, everyone. I mean ... it's bad enough when I want to get my dragons up with stories on time so I'm not being a total rude-assed fucktard, but when I can't even upload the images, let alone slap the already-written story up with them (the yautja-dragons being the ones I really liked and really wanted to get updated ...)? It's not really fair to anyone. So.
