PS:CS FAQ
For those of you getting (bootleg)copies of PS:CS, here's a little section where you can ask for advice on how to get it up and running.
The first thing you'll need to do is get a program capable of extracting all the files. YouSendIt has their own program to do that, so just search around the site until you find YSIGet!. Once you've got that, extract all the files into separate folders. One's the program, and one's the key codes.
Next, make sure you have the key randomizer (or whatever it's called). This program lets you make a fake key to register the program. You HAVE to eventually go through the registry steps, cause it'll only give you a 30 day trial if you don't.
Next, you'll want to find those .dll files that it's asking for. That little window that pops up and says it couldn't register you for whatever reason? It's cause the .dll's aren't in the right spot. You'll want to copy (not cut, in case you mess up and have to do it again) those .dll's and then do a search for PS:CS on your computer. Do NOT copy them to the folder where you extracted everything to. That's just a doorway to the program files. The program itself is somewhere else. >.> It made me hunt for a while. Copy the .dll's to there and then see if you can register.
If you're still having problems at this stage, post your questions here.
