@Shard: The same as the previous clutches; they come with pre-made bonds, unless you have someone in mind you'd rather send in.

@Dray: It's never been a requirement in the past, and to be honest, I hadn't really thought about it. For this clutch, at least, no, you don't have to have them paged. It may change for future clutches, though.
