Brief holiday - and now I'm back

Only a short one, but I thought I'd announce it anyway. I'm gone from my computer from tonight through to Thursday 17th November.

And I'll jump into that roleplay hatching when I get back. And do some updates, and paging, and all that stuff.

And I'm sorta wishing I wasn't back... everything feels so immensely... tense around here...

Naturally, I'm going to blame myself. Work with me on this.

Every time I go away for even a day or two, everything I come back to is a mess. Okay, the tenseness around here isn't quite as bad as the hackers that happened to another set of forums I was on, resulting in everything being deleted, or the time when the Admin of a site had a major argument and split into two factions, or that time when one of the mods went nuts and banned everyone, or the OTHER hacker that happened to a different set of forums and I had to stay up half the night getting them out while they were trying to lock out my admin rights (fastest mouse click wins!), or even that one time when I went on holiday and came back to find myself banned from some forums because of who I was friends with or perhaps more appropriately who I WASN'T friends with...

But it's the principle of the thing... Every time I'm more than five miles away from my computer for more than a couple of hours, bad things happen.

Therefore, I blame myself.

Ooh, the curse of the lack of net-connection! :O Convincing story!

*hugs* Welcome back... Perhaps just sit back for a while? These things appear to be cyclical... o.o' It'll get better soon!

Yes, they usually do... It's just always so disheartening when they happen while I'm away...

But I have Ryslen draggies to worship, so that's improved my mood a great deal...

Yeah... It's not so bad really. At the very least, I should be used to it by now. It happens every time, so why not?

And it's nowhere near as bad as this one time I stayed up all night because I was convinced things would go horribly wrong if I dared go to sleep. Illogical it sounds now, but it was fully justified at the time... I was just lucky I didn't have to work the next day...

Glad to be back.

I'm planning on doing a litter of the lemur dragons, with proper lemur-y colouring and everything. The ones in the exchange were colours that won't be coming from any litter... But I guess I'd better get that litter into a nest. Which means I'd better get to colouring them...

Thankies... I'm glad you like them. I've been wanting to do them ever since I got Ger'ten from the exchange... I shall have to find my lemur book so I can get all the colourations right... Google is great for the well-known species, but pretty useless for anything more obscure...
