Child's Play

This is just an idea that hit me. No one has to respond, but I thought I'd post it just to see what happens.

Child's Play, for those of you who don't know, is a charity organization run by the people over at Penny Arcade. It takes money and game donations from gamers and gives them to Children's Hospitals across North America and now into Britian.

Now, I'm going to try getting paypal up regardless and donate a few bucks of my own, but my idea is this:

Would anyone be interested in donating with me and addressing your donations from the Nexus? Then I would send them a letter, explaining our purpose on the net and how we support them. I'd like to get the word out that we ARE a community and we do work together on important projects. I thought this would be a good start.

If that's the case, could we put a poll up to decide which charity we'd like to donate to, and then change said charity from year to year?

XD Though we're kind of poor in general, I think. It would be a nice idea, though.

Good idea. Use this forum to post the names and links of other charities you guys would like to donate to. Remember, this is NOT mandatory. It's just an act of good will.

Even though I'm kinda on the outside, I'm willing to help. Any idea when your going to send it Myst, as I'd have to send a donation via money order.

Err...

Or just give it to you in person. *Facepalms at missing the obvious.*
