Looking for 'pets'...

Okay. I'm trying to pick up finishing off riders again, and I'm looking for a pet or two... The pair I'm looking for at the moment are a pair of girls who impressed a while back, but I refered to them being given a pet as a gift in their candidate story... I didn't specify how they were given the pet (ie, egg/baby/adult etc), but if the pet they received is not-in-and-egg / adult then it'd have to be something that either doesn't impress or doesn't impress immediately. I don't mind which, I'm happy for them to be just ets that follow because they want to - I'd quite like furry/feathery/otherwise 'cute' pets. I'd go for Fralamaz, but thats on Hiatus I believe.... Something of that type... although less intelligant is fine too...

Doesn't matter what world they're from really, as the person who gave them the gift is a regular little world-hopper (and the two girls will be two once their dragon's are adult).

Any links would be appreciated (and, if anyone has other pets that don't match the criteria above I'd still like to see them - I have other riders who might like pets later.)

These guys are from Earth, so cat-type creatures would be good probably (would be something slightly familiar) - no wings isn't an issue either, my characters get lumbered with non-flying pets so often that by now they must have figured out some means of transporting them...

A URL would be nice, or an explination of how to get them? (Examples are good too).

*cackles* Can you imagine dragonriders with cat-carriers strapped all over their dragon's backs to carry all of their pets? XDDDD I can just imagine the caterwauling they'd have to put up with!

You can always try for a Samanayr ^_^ They're tiny, intelligent equines:

I announce their availability at the Samanayr thread in the ideas forum. The breedings are over for this month, but I also do random draws and stuff like that, so you could try to get in on one of those ^_^

Well, I have my wild requests down, but...I can draw you a couple randoms while at work. Not like they take much time. They're quite common--I mean, there's over 4000 of them out there. The information is at my site, though

The most Samanayrs anyone has is either 50 or 100, I can't remember for sure..

I know...I had to abandon a lot of her critters that weren't up in my first wave, since she didn't give me any 'I'm working on these' note and proof that she was--just found the old pages. That included the diety Turguin, as well as the hunters I had given her.

Oh, Myrror? Got a couple minutes?

I *think* I sent in a randoms form a bit ago, but I can't remember for the life of me when. Is there any way you could check to see if you got it/are going to get to it sometime/discarded it 'cause I broke some rule/sent 'em and I didn't get 'em?

I know "not pestering" is one of your rules, and I really don't mind at all if it's going to take weeks or months for you to get them to me, but my email has been acting a little strange lately, and I'd hate to miss out on them entirely just because the server was having one of it's moments.

...I hope this doesn't count as "pestering"

Nope, no form....but it shouldn't matter, as it's a form, and doesn't rely on your e-mail. You can send the form without putting the e-mail in (kinda stupid to do so, as I'd need the e-mail to send you critters...but hey, I've had people do that, so I guess there are stupid people in the world wanting my stuff).
