Hee...all I have is City of Heros (Triumph server mostly; global WolfMage). My bf got me into it. [Note from Segs: I AM SUPER HEALER!!! *gets smacked*]

Other then that I would love to chip in but my financial stuff is very, very tight thus I will not be able to...

*goes back to coloring frenzy wolves...*

O_o So how does the CoH and CoV interact? Is there a place where the two mix and people can beat the crap out of each other? Or is each game contained to its own perameters?

Mostly the two games are PvE (player versus enemy) but there are PvP (player versus player) areas where heros and villians can duke it out. I mostly stick to PvE areas.

Kind of annoying you have to buy two separate games if you want good/evil characters. Most MPORPGs have the choice within the game to be good or evil, so you can have one good char and one evil char and be like huzzah.

True but they're over a year apart, and the development of COV is leaps and bounds better than city of heroes was. I love the game, myself, though of late I've been staying off of it to let my hands heal a bit. I've been playing since July of 04, every day.

I can't even imagine liking WOW that much, though I know lots of people do. I just like hitting stuff and moving on.

You don't have to buy two seperate games. For my new PC I only installed CoV and I have access to both my Heroes and my Villains. Plus you only have to pay a single monthly fee, too, not two :D

I think I have an even number of Hero and Villain characters right now, but stick to playing Red Kae, my Defender, most of the time. (Red Kae - yes, her full "real" name is Kaere... but she's not a wolf XD )

You need to have bought both games at some point, though. If you buy just CoV you can't have a hero and if you buy CoH you can't have a villain. But once your account is activated for both, you only need to install one of the games to have access to both. And CoH, at least, you don't actually have to buy anymore; you can download it and get an account that way, without having bought the disks. Tis nice only having to pay one subscription, though...

Called "Red Kae"... the "Red" part is a nickname because she has bright red hair, but almost everyone refers to me as "Red" anyway. Oh well :D
