A cat that sometimes plays with its prey (but not always - cats can and do make clean kills), a poison that rarely kills quickly and even if it does eventually ends up getting into places where it harms other creatures, or traps that also aren't assuredly...

That seems rather unlikely. For starters, ALL browsers have basic protocols to allow uploading and such. Otherwise, FTP would not work. Photobucket would not work.
