Full Shifting: The dragon can shape-shift into a mostly-human shape. The colour of the dragon's skin will transfer over from that of its body in dragon form; as will its hair and eyes. Shifting is accompanied by a flash of light.
Functional Magic: The dragon extrudes magic like a raw material, and can--with practice--manipulate it to complete any number of tasks.
Psionics: The dragon's telepathic abilities are greatly increased, and it can learn to manipulate objects telekinetically, and even to teleport.
Verbal Speech: The dragon can speak audibly.
If a dragon's abilities do not include some form of communication, it can be assumed that said dragon has weaker then usual telepathy--it may only be able to send and receive with a certain person, or it may simply be difficult to 'hear'.
Another quick note: None of these dragons has bonded in the traditional fashion, though they ought to remain close friends to their caretakers, if treated properly.
