Shape Shifting (Anything): The dragon can shape-shift into just about anything organic that it can think of, so long as it remains about the same mass.
Shape Shifting (Liron, Elf, Dwarf or Human): The dragon can shape-shift into one of these four forms (more easily even than to other forms, if it has 'shape shifting (anything)').
Breath Weapon (Fire): The dragon can breath a gout of fire without the aide of firestone.
Fire Manipulation: The dragon can manipulate an already existing fire, causing it to grow or dampen or to force it to burn in a certain direction. With practice, the dragon can create fire without aid, or summon fire elementals to do its bidding.
Telepathy: The dragon can speak to anyone it likes within a reasonable range, mind to mind.
Teleportation: Given a solid destination image, the dragon can teleport to any place that the Nexus can offer.
Psionics: The dragon's telepathic abilities are increased, and it can learn to manipulate objects telekinetically, and even to teleport.
Verbal Speech: The dragon can speak audibly.
If a dragon's abilities do not include some form of communication, it can be assumed that said dragon has weaker then usual telepathy--it may only be able to send and receive with a certain person, or it may simply be difficult to 'hear'.
Another quick note: None of these dragons has bonded in the traditional fashion, though they ought to remain close friends to their caretakers, if treated properly.
