Full Shifting: The dragon can shape-shift into a mostly-human shape. The colour of the dragon's skin will transfer over from that of its body in dragon form; as will its hair and eyes. Shifting is accompanied by a flash of light.
Shape Shifting: The dragon can shape-shift into just about anything organic that it can think of, so long as it remains about the same mass.
Telepathy: The dragon can communicate telepathically with anyone in the near vicinity.
Strong Psionics: The dragon's telepathic abilities are greatly increased, and it can learn to manipulate objects telekinetically, and even to teleport.
Verbal Speech: The dragon can speak audibly.
Spell Affinity: The dragon has the ability to learn and master non-inheritable magic, whether from a caretaker or from book-learning.
If a dragon's abilities do not include some form of communication, it can be assumed that said dragon has weaker then usual telepathy--it may only be able to send and receive with a certain person, or it may simply be difficult to 'hear'.
Another quick note: None of these dragons has bonded in the traditional fashion, though they ought to remain close friends to their caretakers, if treated properly.

Basic Personality: A trickster with a good heart, Akemi likes to get tangled up in the lives of strangers in trouble. He's incredibly clever and enjoys toying with people before helping them, but never does he offer help in exchange for money or praise. He's completely independent that way: he becomes greatly embarrassed and shamed if ever he finds himself needing help from another.
