Full Shifting: The dragon can shape-shift into a mostly-human shape. The colour of the dragon's skin will transfer over from that of its body in dragon form; as will its hair and eyes. Shifting is accompanied by a flash of light.
Shape Shifting: The dragon can shape-shift into just about anything organic that it can think of, so long as it remains about the same mass.
Psionics: The dragon's telepathic abilities are increased, and it can learn to manipulate objects telekinetically, and even to teleport.
Verbal Speech: The dragon can speak audibly.
Basic Fire Abilities: These allow a dragon to summon, control, disperse small amounts of fire (anything that could fit in the palm of a human hand). This also allows a dragon to hurl said small amounts of fire up to the radius of the length of their body, but this is tiring.
Fire Immunity: The dragon is immune to burns from all but the largest fires. (large bon-fires and up will still effect a dragon over time.)
Influence Fire: This gives the dragon a small amount of control over palm-sized amounts of fire--and more control, if it already has 'Basic Fire Abilities'.
If a dragon's abilities do not include some form of communication, it can be assumed that said dragon has weaker then usual telepathy--it may only be able to send and receive with a certain person, or it may simply be difficult to 'hear'.
Another quick note: None of these dragons has bonded in the traditional fashion, though they ought to remain close friends to their caretakers, if treated properly.

Put him in anything of or beyond the size of a bathtub full of water, however, and his legs metamorphose into a long, elegant fishy tail. This is silver, as well, with black lining every scale. He is by nature a stream-lined looking man.
Basic Personality: A little self-absorbed, Keiro enjoys attention from ladies and is often very thorough in keeping up appearances. Ambitious, too, he loves making deals and doing business to put himself forward in the world.

This boy has more lumiwire then you can shake a stick at, and bristles with shiny, glowy, shimmery paraphernalia that makes him look more then a little exotic.
Basic Personality: A show-off by nature, Adikan loves dangerous stunts and lives life by one of those 'fast and hard' mottos. That said, it's not that he doesn't enjoy curling up by the fire with the occasional book (he's also an incredible sleuth when it comes to historical texts of any kind!) but he'd rather be out there, doing stuff.
