Personality: Malin's name means "little warrior" and she honours her name. She is feisty and brash. She is full of pride and will call out anyone who she feels is insulting her (so what if she is small? She can defeat the best fighters!). People who earn her loyalty will have a powerful ally in her. Short Bio: Malin was tasked with a search and rescue mission. Dungeon diving into an enemy keep, she found herself trapped inside a maze, deep underground with all exits blocked. Opening a door she finds a treasure room which houses a peculiar crystal that transports her to a nexus world.

Plot points: Could have her intended rescue-mark with her if you want to make one up.

Notes: Can go Anywhere. Though Khylar has magic, Malin has not been gifted with it (that I know of).

Khylar: Malin grew up on Khylar, a planet with a lot of greenery and few large bodies of water. In fact most of it's water resides below the surface. It's inhabitants live in a DnD-esque world with magic and classes. Recently dragons have started appearing there so she isn't used to dragons.

Personality: Clive is a worrywart. He will have trouble sleeping and will just go down to work and get some coffee. He's learned to get by on little sleep but will occasionally fade out for a split second while his brain takes a breather. He gets hyped on caffeine and new ideas so he usually looks messy.

Short Bio: Clive is a Nexus-born scientist/magician and has recently found himself on Gineya Isle researching the Wicena and their social structures. The dragons find it silly that he wants to document what feels natural to them but they're a considerate bunch so they don't argue and are actually quite helpful.

Notes: Will do well in any Nexus world (as long as there are stimulants)

Name: Favian Stonesworn

Height: 5'10"

Appearance: Golden eyes, brown hair, lean frame. Favian has long, wavy, brown hair shaved on the right side and a skin tone that is a shade or two off from his hair. His thin, wiry frame does not benefit his square face. He typically dresses in extravagant overcoats and loose-fitted clothing, and highly favours anything in a shade of purple. He adores accessories and has several piercings, most notably over his right eyebrow and several along both ears.

Personality: Competitive, cowardly, trusting. Favian has never known the thrill of popularity. His competitive nature, plus his penchant to cut and run when things turn difficult make it difficult for him to build lasting friendships. He strives to maintain a few associates, mostly in the form of people who can help him out of tight situations that he gets himself into. His favourite pastime is discovering new mysteries and solving them. Or trying to. More often running away...

Short Bio: Favian once dreamed of being a pirate. He has always loved the open water and, in his youth, tried desperately to get signed on to a crew. Yet his scrawny build and irritating personality combined to keep him landlocked. Eventually he gave up trying, though he never lost his wanderlust.

As the years went by, Favian settled into a rather dull and uneventful life. He got married, found a boring job, and accepted that the greatest adventure he might ever see would be finding a new puzzle at the local general store.

He still sought out greater adventures by travelling beyond the town’s borders from time to time. That was how he met the young woman who claimed to be a landlocked pirate. They bonded over their shared love of the ocean and the sad fate that left them far from it, and gradually grew closer. Before long, Favian found himself swept up in an illicit romance.

The guilt was too much for him. Favian confessed to his wife the next day. She threw him from the house, which he felt was a justified response. It didn’t take long for the rest of the town to hear what had happened, and he soon found himself jobless as well.

Suddenly lacking direction in his life, Favian opted to make the trek to the Warren, hoping that they were still as open to strays as they used to be.

Appearance: 5’3“ with a curvy build, Eliente doesn’t look particularly intimidating. She has light brown skin, long, straight brown hair and bright hazel eyes.

Personality: Ambitious and driven, Eliente isn’t impulsive, as such, but she’s quite willing to take a risk in the hopes of achieving what she wants, and she’s unwilling to accept being second-best. Coupled with this is a keen and intelligent mind, both logical and observant, that allows her to see all the possibilities before her, including a willingness to “bend” the truth when it suits her. She can be ruthless in her drive to succeed, especially against her rivals, but she is never cruel just for the sake of it: to those who aren’t a threat to her goals, she’s generally kind and even friendly. Eliente likes to have a good time, she’s just picky about those she spends it with. For all her faults, she’s a sensible and effective leader who works hard to live up to the position she’s tried so hard to earn.

Notes: Born in White River Hold, Eliente was Searched by a White River Weyr Searchrider. After standing for several hatchings, where she was unsuccessful in Impressing, Eliente decided to try her luck elsewhere in the multiverse. Gold dragons are so rare, anyway, and the Nexus offers more opportunities for Eliente to achieve her aims.

Story Bits: Kaevide has spent most of their life on the capital city of planet zar, and has little experience outside their home planet and species. They've only recently graduated from Zar's foremost university and are eager to start their trade in genetics and genetic manipulation.

They've met very few aliens and never had the opportunity to speak to a dragon. Kaevide is fascinated by the strange and new, eager for the opportunity to leave Zar and explore the rest of the Nexus.

Kaevide would love to find someplace willing to hire a young upstart geneticist to call home.
