Haiwou (like HIGH-wow) is a charming little guy who likes mischief, but is not very good at getting up to it. For starters, most of his pranks require thumbs, and he's too sweet and charming to convince anyone with thumbs to do his little mis-deeds. In fact, most folks think that he's joking around. Even his temper tantrums are adorable.
